背景技术:目前,常用的节能荧光灯阴极,一般由芯柱、导丝、灯丝构成,灯丝整体呈直线状,两端固定在芯柱的导丝上。在紧凑型节能灯中,由于玻璃管直径很小,制造中容易碰掉两壁的荧光粉,造成产品质量问题。
发明内容:
发明目的:减小灯丝的几何尺寸。
技术方案:节能灯阴极一般由芯柱、导丝、灯丝构成,把灯丝做成锥状螺旋结构,固定在导丝上,导丝固定在芯柱上。在满足相同的冷态电阻及光电参数的前提下,把展开长度相同的灯丝,通过模具,绕制成锥状螺旋结构,可以极大减小导丝之间的间距,从而减小阴极的直径。
优点:改善阴极的质量。
