背景技术:
现有的化工用冷水塔与换热器是两个不同的装置,使用复杂,检修麻烦,工作性能欠佳。 
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理,使用、检修方便的耐腐蚀型化工专用蒸发式冷凝器。 
本实用新型的技术解决方案是: 
一种耐腐蚀型化工专用蒸发式冷凝器,其特征是:包括壳体,壳体底部为集水槽,集水槽上方设置进风仓,进风仓上方设置冷却管组,冷却管组上方设置由填料组成的冷水塔组,冷水塔组上方设置喷嘴装置,喷嘴装置通过管道与和集水槽连接的循环水泵连接,在喷嘴装置上方设置轴流风机。 
所述填料为蜂窝式横流结构形式。 
所述集水槽、进风仓、冷却管组及冷水塔组均呈模块形式。 
本实用新型结构合理,循环水泵采用小功率,大流量,低扬程的户外型设计,动力消耗幅度降低,一般情况下可节约60~75%的电耗;2、布水采用大流量、防堵塞的喷嘴,精密计算连续均匀的覆盖,杜绝管壁出现水膜“干点”;冷却填料采用蜂窝式横流结构,适宜循环水冷却;收水器采用优质PVC材料制成,抗老化,风阻小沟状吸水器,使水的飘水率控制在0.001%以下,节水率达75%以上;一体化设计,安装综合维护方便,高位布置,节约厂房空间。冷却管组可按化工生产的不同要求,采用耐腐蚀的金属管、石墨管、玻璃管等多种材料,适用于多种场合;2、采用模块化组合式结构,冷却管组为单独的模块,便于检修和更换,且选型和生产更为灵活;3、可变更部分模场块,另增设循环水泵,同时向其它设备供应部分冷却水,起到一塔多用的目的,节约化工厂投资。

一种耐腐蚀型化工专用蒸发式冷凝器,包括壳体1,壳体底部为集水槽2,集水槽上方设置进风仓3,进风仓上方设置冷却管组4,冷却管组上方设置由填料组成的冷水塔组5,冷水塔组上方设置喷嘴装置6,喷嘴装置通过管道7与和集水槽连接的循环水泵8连接,在喷嘴装置上方设置轴流风机9。所述填料为蜂窝式横流结构形式。所述集水槽、进风仓、冷却管组及冷水塔组均呈模块形式。 
图中还有将冷却水送去其他设备的循环水泵10、补水浮球阀11。

1.一种耐腐蚀型化工专用蒸发式冷凝器,其特征是:包括壳体,壳体底部为集水槽,集水槽上方设置进风仓,进风仓上方设置冷却管组,冷却管组上方设置由填料组成的冷水塔组,冷水塔组上方设置喷嘴装置,喷嘴装置通过管道与和集水槽连接的循环水泵连接,在喷嘴装置上方设置轴流风机。
