Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种用扣合件使端盖定位的LED条形灯。现有产品的端盖和LED条形灯灯管配合过紧,容易导致端盖受热开裂,不满足UL安规要求。本实用新型包括内置LED基板的灯管和间隙套装在灯管外端的端盖,其特征在于所述端盖的盖板上设有平直的管脚,其环形壁和LED条形灯灯管的端部开有相匹配的端盖安装孔和灯管安装孔,一扣合件纵向穿过所述安装孔将端盖定位在LED条形灯灯管上。本实用新型通过纵向插入安装孔的扣合件使端盖定位,端盖和LED条形灯管为间隙配合,两者接触面积不大,长时间工作后端盖不易受热破裂,使用安全,符合UL安规要求。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及LED灯,具体涉及一种用扣合件使端盖定位的LED条形灯。
技术背景
目前对LED条形灯灯管和端盖的固定普遍采用过盈配接或点胶固定。过盈配接虽然装配较为简便,但若灯管和端盖采用不同材料制成,受热后两者热膨胀系数不同,使用后期端盖容易产生松动,配合不够牢固。若端盖和LED条形灯灯管配合过紧则容易导致端盖受热开裂等不良结果,不能满足UL安规要求;点胶固定的方式虽然操作简便,但由于LED条形灯长时间开关引起的冷热循环会促使胶水提前老化,导致端盖无法再与LED条形灯灯管稳固配合,存在安全隐患,难以满足UL安规要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种用扣合件使端盖定位的LED条形灯,能顺利通过UL安规认证,结构合理,连接稳固,保证长时间使用安全。
为此,本实用新型采取如下方案:一种用扣合件使端盖定位的LED条形灯,包括内置LED基板的灯管和间隙套装在灯管外端的端盖,其特征在于所述端盖的盖板上设有平直的管脚,其环形壁和LED条形灯灯管的端部开有相匹配的端盖安装孔和灯管安装孔,一扣合件纵向穿过所述安装孔将端盖定位在LED条形灯灯管上。通过扣合件将端盖和LED条形灯灯管稳固连接,由于端盖和LED条形灯管为间隙配合,主要通过扣合件将端盖固定在灯管端部,灯管上的热量不易引起端盖破裂,使用安全,符合UL安规要求。
所述扣合件的剖面呈“T”形,其中间开有形变槽,竖直部形成向外凸起的卡钩。采用这类扣合件在穿过安装孔时,由于受力变形,扣合件下部的两卡钩向内侧紧缩,尺寸小于安装孔的孔径,因此扣合件下端得以顺利通过安装孔,当其穿过安装孔后,变形力消失,卡钩恢复原状,将端盖有效扣合在LED条形灯管上。若需拆卸,只需将两卡钩向内侧拨动,使两卡钩的宽度小于安装孔孔径,即能取出扣合件,拆装较为便捷。
所述的扣合件为有色透明体,可将扣合件做成透光的红色、绿色、蓝色宝石形状或者其它漂亮的外观,在整灯点亮时扣合件可以透出宝石一样亮丽夺目的色彩,用以装饰美化。
所述的扣合件也可采用金属铆钉、自攻钉、螺栓等对端盖和LED条形灯管进行固接。
管脚塑封或铆接在端盖的盖板上,管脚是驱动电源的输入连接端,同时也是灯管的支撑件。
所述的环形壁和灯管的端部分别开有复数个位置对称的端盖安装孔和灯管安装孔,所述的扣合件纵向穿过所述安装孔将端盖定位在LED条形灯灯管上。通过多个对称的扣合件对端盖和LED条形灯灯管进行连接固定,使两者配合更为稳固。
所述的LED基板为铝基板或FR4基板。
所述的扣合件可采用质轻、价廉,易于成型的PC或亚克力等具有弹性度的材料制成。
所述的扣合件注塑成型,制造方便,便于大批量生产。
本实用新型的有益效果体现在:1.通过纵向插入安装孔的扣合件使端盖定位,端盖和LED条形灯管为间隙配合,两者接触面积不大,长时间工作后端盖不易受热破裂,使用安全,符合UL安规要求;2.将扣合件制作成有色透明体,在点亮整灯时,能有效起到装饰和美化作用;3.通过改变端盖环形壁上的安装孔的位置,可实现管脚以任何角度与LED条形灯灯管固定,便于产品进行安装。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型的实质性特点作进一步的说明。
实施例1:如图1和图3所示的LED条形灯,包括挤出成型的LED条形灯灯管1和间隙套装在灯管1外端的端盖2,端盖2的盖板上塑封或铆接平直的管脚8,端盖2的环形壁和LED条形灯灯管1的端部上分别通过钻床或其他机器加工出相匹配的端盖安装孔5和灯管安装孔7。通过扣合件3纵向穿过上述的两个安装孔连接端盖2和LED条形灯灯管1。LED条形灯灯管1内安装LED基板4,LED基板4为铝基板或FR4基板。如图2所示,扣合件的剖面呈“T”形,其中间开有形变槽,竖直部形成向外凸起的卡钩6。LED灯管1的两端均通过该扣合件3连接定位端盖2,端盖2连接的可以是LED驱动电源,也可以是其他的驱动电源。既可以是交流输入直流输出的,也可以是直流输入直流输出的、交流输入交流输出的或直流输入交流输出的。扣合件3可以是注塑成型或其他方式成型,材料可选用PC、亚克力等材料。为了安装更为平衡和稳固,在环形壁和灯管1的端部分别开有复数个位置对称的端盖安装孔5和灯管安装孔7,通过多个扣合件3纵向穿过所述安装孔将端盖2定位在LED条形灯灯管1上。如图4所示,扣合件3做成透光的红色、绿色、蓝色宝石形状或者其它漂亮的外观,在整灯点亮时,使扣合件3也可透出宝石一样的亮丽夺目的色彩,用以装饰美化整灯。
实施例2:如图5所示,与实施例1的不同之处在于LED条形灯灯管1的一端与端盖2通过扣合件3定位,且LED灯的电源输入为同端输入。
此外,扣合件3也可选用金属的铆钉、自攻钉、螺栓等常规的紧固件。
最后,还需要注意的是,以上列举的仅是本实用新型的具体实施例。显然,本实用新型不限于以上实施例,还可以有许多变形。本领域的普通技术人员能从本实用新型公开的内容直接导出或联想到的所有变形,均应认为是实用新型的保护范围。

1.一种用扣合件使端盖定位的LED条形灯,包括内置LED基板(4)的灯管(1)和间隙套装在灯管(1)外端的端盖(2),其特征在于所述端盖(2)的盖板上设有平直的管脚(8),其环形壁和LED条形灯灯管(1)的端部开有相匹配的端盖安装孔(5)和灯管安装孔(7),一扣合件(3)纵向穿过所述安装孔将端盖(2)定位在LED条形灯灯管(1)上。
2.按照权利要求1所述的用扣合件使端盖定位的LED条形灯,其特征在于所述扣合件(3)的剖面呈“T”形,其中间开有形变槽,竖直部形成向外凸起的卡钩(6)。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的用扣合件使端盖定位的LED条形灯,其特征在于所述的扣合件(3)为有色透明体。
4.按照权利要求1所述的用扣合件使端盖定位的LED条形灯,其特征在于所述的扣合件(3)为金属铆钉、自攻钉或螺栓。
5.按照权利要求1或2所述的用扣合件使端盖定位的LED条形灯,其特征在于所述的管脚(8)塑封或铆接在端盖(2)的盖板上。
6.按照权利要求1或2所述的用扣合件使端盖定位的LED条形灯,其特征在于所述的环形壁和灯管(1)的端部分别开有复数个位置对称的端盖安装孔(5)和灯管安装孔(7),所述的扣合件(3)纵向穿过所述安装孔将端盖(2)定位在LED条形灯灯管(1)上。
7.按照权利要求1所述的用扣合件使端盖定位的LED条形灯,其特征在于所述的LED基板(4)为铝基板或FR4基板。
8.按照权利要求1或2所述的LED条形灯灯管与端盖的固定结构,其特征在于所述的扣合件(3)采用PC或亚克力制成。
9.按照权利要求1或2所述的LED条形灯灯管与端盖的固定结构,其特征在于所述的扣合件(3)注塑成型。
