本实用新型涉及一种测量地层岩性和密度的仪器,尤其是一种岩性密度测井仪,主要用于石油及天然气的勘探开发中,主要由电子信号处理电路(4)、推靠器(5)和探头(6)组成,电子信号处理电路内部主要由电路板、连接线以及推靠器的电机组成,其特征在于,探头(6)内的探测器、电路板元器件均被封装在保温瓶内。保温瓶内部的电路通过一个多芯电缆与电路板连接,同时,由多芯电缆引出的电线经探头外壳内侧的开槽引致探头上端,与电子信号处理电路连接,实现整个控制电路的连通。

岩性密度测井仪 
技术领域
本发明涉及一种测量地层岩性和密度的仪器,主要用于石油及天然气的勘探开发中。 
背景技术
目前,用于石油测井的岩性密度测井仪,首先是利用同位素向地层辐射伽马射线,再利用探测器来测量经过地层散射和吸收的伽马射线的强度。然后,根据康普顿-吴有训散射伽马射线与地层作用的光电吸收和康普顿-吴有训效应,同时测定地层的岩石性质和岩石密度。随着石油工业的不断发展,对于测井的要求亦越来越高。目前,随着钻井深度的增加,井下温度亦越来越高,当井深超过5000米时,井内温度将达150℃,当井深超过7000米时,井内温度将达200℃。而测井仪正常工作的环境温度不能超过125℃,因此必须使用一种隔热装置。这种装置就是测井仪专用金属保温瓶。目前,国内外所有密度测井仪上,仅仅是将电子信号处理电路装入金属保温瓶内,然后再密封在一个金属承压外壳内。普通的岩性密度测井仪探头的内部布置了复杂的电路、电线以及伽马射线源室。由于技术原因,尚无法封装在保温瓶内来实现高温保护功能。 
发明内容
为了克服以上问题,本发明提供一种岩性密度测井仪,它能够解决探头内部的高温保护问题。 
本实用新型的岩性密度测井仪,主要由电子信号处理电路、推靠器和探头 组成,电子信号处理电路内部主要由电路板、连接线以及推靠器的电机组成,其中,探头内的探测器、电路板元器件均被封装在保温瓶内。 
其中,保温瓶的底座用螺钉固定在探头的金属外壳上。 
与现有技术相比,由于本实用新型的岩性密度测井仪在增加了保温瓶后,原先探头内部的电路、电线、源室等被封装在保温瓶内,这样就保证了探头可以在高温200℃高压150Mpa的环境下工作。

具体实施方式
本实用新型首先把保温瓶底座用螺钉固定在探头的金属外壳上,然后将探头内部负责信号放大和通信的作用的M5电路,固定在吸热体内,将光电倍增管,晶体等探测器部分固定在屏蔽体内,然后将吸热体和屏蔽体固定在一起封装在保温瓶内。保温瓶内部的电路通过一个多芯电缆与电路板连接,同时,由多芯电缆引出的电线经探头外壳内侧的开槽引致探头上端,与电子信号处理电路连接,实现整个控制电路的连通。 
参照图1,岩性密度测井仪主要由探头6、电子信号处理电路4、推靠器5 三部分组成。电子信号处理电路首先被装入金属保温瓶内,然后再封装在一个金属承压外壳内。它通过测井电缆2、数据传输短节3响应地面系统1的命令,控制测井仪工作,实现有效数据的采集、高压控制、门坎调整、数据发送及控制PHA板,并上传伽马射线能量谱和其它岩性信息。岩性密度测井仪可直接挂接在5700地面系统上。探头6安装于推靠器5上,测井时推靠器5把探头6紧紧推向井壁。 
图2中,保温瓶内部结构为,上壳体21,源仓22,窗口23,保温瓶24,保温瓶底座25,屏蔽体26,下壳体27,电路板28,保温瓶堵头29。 
探头段是仪器的核心部件,内部的探测器好比仪器的心脏,探测器的探测效率是仪器的关键指标。探头内部包含长短两个探测器总成,两个电路模块和一个电源模块,以及专门设计的放置137Cs源的源仓。 
本仪器在设计过程中,为了满足所选探测器的屏蔽要求,采用屏蔽体上加开窗口的结构形式,芯体采用偏心孔,满足晶体——光电倍增管背部屏蔽效应。

1.一种岩性密度测井仪,主要由电子信号处理电路(4)、推靠器(5)和探头(6)组成,电子信号处理电路内部主要由电路板、连接线以及推靠器的电机组成,其特征在于,探头(6)内的探测器、电路板元器件均被封装在保温瓶内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的岩性密度测井仪,其特征在于,所述保温瓶的底座用螺钉固定在探头(6)的金属外壳上。
