目前，在胫骨假关节术后保护上，一般采取石膏固定，舒适性与透气性差，胫骨假关节术后本身的恢复周期为1年半左右，长期的石膏固定对于肌体的各方面都是一个损害，并且不能进行恢复性的锻炼，只是单纯的术后保护。

胫骨假关节承重支具，主要包括主支具，压盖，定位孔，粘扣式固定带等，所述主支具在小腿部位设置有压盖，压盖上设有定位孔，主支具小腿部位和足部分别设有粘扣式固定带，使用时，先打开压盖，将患者腿部和足部放入主支具内腔，再盖上压盖，最后用粘扣式固定带固定，即完成穿戴。
有益效果：
本实用新型利用小腿假肢接受腔的制作原理，胫韧带、胫内核、胫骨脊的内外侧、小腿后侧肌群负重，保护胫骨假关节术后患者，使患者能进行术后行走，进行功能性恢复锻炼。
