本实用新型一种口腔印模上颌托盘，包括手柄1和托盘主体2，托盘主体2的侧壁3和底面4均分布有圆孔。托盘主体2的侧壁3与底面4之间连接处设有弧形槽5，底面4前端的边缘微上翘，上翘边缘6与底面成夹角120——150度。
使用本实用新型时，先将印模材料装入上颌托盘的托盘主体2中，再握手柄1将上颌托盘放入患者口中，待印模材料固化后取出。在取模过程中由于托盘主体2的侧壁3与底面4之间连接处设有弧形槽5，使印模与托盘的咬合在一起，印模与托盘不易分离；由于底面4前端的边缘微上翘，上翘边缘6阻挡了多余印模材料易流向咽部，保证了口腔印模的安全取出。
