本实用新型涉及到一种风力发电机塔筒内法兰补强装置。
背景技术
塔筒和基础是风力发电机组的主要承载部件,且随着风力发电机组容量的增加,高度增加,其重要性愈来愈明显。现有的风力发电机组每段塔筒两端是用圆形内法兰连接固定的,但随着先进设计理念、科学设计手段逐步应用,国家标准、国际标准和行业标准的颁布与推行,时经常会发现塔筒法兰间的联接存在缺陷,主要是连接强度不足,为了弥补法兰连接迁都不足的缺陷,唯一的解决办法就是更换塔筒法兰,但更换塔筒法兰,一是费时费力,操作困难,二是成本高,增加了企业的生产成本。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种风力发电机塔筒内法兰补强装置。
本实用新型的风力发电机塔筒内法兰补强装置,是由U形槽钢构成,U形槽钢的上臂板与下臂板为对称结构,上臂板与下臂板的连接背板的上段与上臂板成90°连为一体、下段与下臂板成90°连为一体,背板的上段与下段以凸凹面成一字形扣接,上臂板与下臂板的边缘均匀分布法兰槽口,上臂板与下臂板的中段延长向排布着紧固螺栓孔。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,在上臂板和下臂板边缘的内侧均设有加强垫。
本实用新型的风力发电机塔筒内法兰补强装置,设计合理、结构简单、成本低,操作方便,在不改变原有塔筒法兰结构的情况下,对现有的塔筒法兰进行补强,使其符合生产要求。

本实用新型的风力发电机塔筒内法兰补强装置,是由U形槽钢构成,U形槽钢的上臂板1与下臂板2为对称结构,上臂板1与下臂板2的连接背板3的上段与上臂板1成90°连为一体、下段与下臂板2成90°连为一体,背板3的上段与下段以凸凹面成一字形扣接,上臂板1与下臂板2的边缘均匀分布法兰槽口4,上臂板与下臂板1的中段延长向排布着紧固螺栓孔5。
实施例2

使用时,将上臂板1和下臂板2的法兰槽口4对应于塔筒法兰螺栓10,用上臂板1和下臂板2夹紧塔筒法兰,在上臂板1的加强垫6与塔筒7的法兰间设垫片9,在螺栓孔5内加入螺栓,使其紧固;针对塔筒法兰的补强措施,是将多个本发明的补强装置沿着塔筒法兰安装,实现补强紧固,安装后的多个补强装置的背板连接形成的弧线与塔筒法兰为同心圆。

1.风力发电机组塔筒内法兰补强装置,是由U形槽钢构成,其特征在于U形槽钢的上臂板(1)与下臂板(2)为对称结构,上臂板(1)与下臂板(2)的连接背板(3)的上段与上臂板(1)成90°连为一体、下段与下臂板(2)成90°连为一体,背板(3)的上段与下段以凸凹面成一字形扣接,上臂板(1)与下臂板(2)的边缘均匀分布法兰槽口(4),上臂板与下臂板(1)的中段延长向排布着紧固螺栓孔(5)。
2.如权利要求1所述的风力发电机塔筒内法兰补强装置,其特征在于上臂板(1)和下臂板(2)边缘的内侧均设有加强垫(6)。
