背景技术
目前，临床对于髌骨骨折的病人，一般是在髌骨处用克氏针钉入髌骨里，再将克氏针的尾端剪去，然后用钢丝在两个克氏针的首尾两端相互交错缠绕固定，其不足是：由于克氏针呈圆柱形细长针，钉在髌骨里，外露的部分必须长，才不至于由于病人的活动而向下移动，导致髌骨固定失败，但克氏针太长，容易磨损皮肤，造成膝关节疼痛，给病人带来不必要的痛苦。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决上述现有技术的不足，提供一种结构合理、使用方便、针柄不能下移，固定牢靠的髌骨骨折固定钉。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种髌骨骨折固定钉，设有克氏针针柄，针柄前端设有针头，其特征在于针柄后端设有圆柱形固定器，固定器外壁与针柄固定连接，以防止固定钉下移，固定器轴向设有圆形通孔，以利于钢丝穿入。
本实用新型中的固定器的长度大于等于针柄的直径，以避免固定针柄向下移动。

本实用新型在使用时，将固定钉钉入髌骨骨折病人的髌骨里，针柄1前端的针头2需露出髌骨体外，再用钢丝穿过固定钉后端的固定器3内的通孔4，与针头2相互交错缠绕，使固定钉将髌骨体外固定，达到治疗髌骨骨折的目的。
