背景技术：
传统的警示安全服，都是靠衣服上的警示条在光源照射下反光起警示作用，属于被动反光，尤其是夜间或者低照度的阴雨天，反射光线的能力很弱，警示效果也很差，要受到天气和环境等诸多条件的制约，现在虽然也有提供一种电源供电的警示安全服，但是它们的发光体笨拙，长期使用对眼睛有刺激，不耐用，适应环境能力弱，耗电量也大。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种发光警示安全服，它能解决背景技术中所存在的问题，当光线不足时，反光效果不理想的时候，可打开电源，起到更好的警示效果，材料环保节能，防尘防水，衣服使用寿命长。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题，本实用新型是采用以下技术方案：它是由反光带1、EL冷光片2、导线3、电源4组成；导线3均匀的分布在布条上，EL冷光片2通过烫压压在导线3上，反光带1上设置有相应的孔1-1，与EL冷光片2的位置相吻合，EL冷光片2、导线3采用薄膜密封，防尘防水，电源4与导线3相连接。
