- 一种电池均衡充电装置,其特征在于,包括:串联有多个电池单体的电池模块,所述电池模块的每一电池单体并联有一分流单元,以及分别与所述电池单体和分流单元连接的控制模块;所述控制模块用于监测每个电池单体的电压信号,并将监测的电池单体电压信号与一比较电压值进行比较,当超过所述比较电压值时,发出一开关控制信号控制与该电池单体并联的分流单元进行分流,减小该电池单体的充电电流,使每个电池单体充电达到平衡。
- 2.根据权利要求1所述的电池均衡充电装置,其特征在于,所述分流单元包括与控制 模块连接的电子开关,以及与所述电子开关连接的分流电阻;所述电子开关用于根据所述 开关控制信号接通所述分流电阻与电池单体的并联回路。
- 3.根据权利要求1所述的电池均衡充电装置,其特征在于,所述控制模块包括:分别与多个电池单体连接的监测单元,用于监测每个电池单体的电压信号,并将所述 电压信号发送至第一比较单元;与所述监测单元连接的第一比较单元,用于将所述监测的电池单体电压信号与其它电 池单体的电压进行比较,当所述电压信号超过其它电池单体电压一预定值时,控制与该电 池单体并联的分流单元进行分流。
- 4.根据权利要求1所述的电池均衡充电装置,其特征在于,所述控制模块包括:与电池单体并联的第一电压采集单元,用于采集与其并联的电池单体的电压信号,并 将该电池单体电压信号发送至第二比较单元;与所述电池模块连接的采样电路,用于采集所述电池模块的平均电池单体电压信号, 并将该平均电池单体电压信号发送至第二比较单元;输入端分别与第一电压采集单元和采样电路连接,输出端与所述分流单元连接的第二 比较单元,用于将采集的电池单体电压信号与采集的平均电池单体电压信号进行比较,当 采集的电池单体电压信号超过平均电池单体电压信号,则控制与该电池单体并联的分流单 元进行分流。
- 5.根据权利要求4所述的电池均衡充电装置,其特征在于,所述采样电路包括相互串 联的第一电阻和第二电阻,所述串联的第一电阻和第二电阻与所述电池模块并联,所述第 二比较单元的其中一输入端连接所述第一电阻和第二电阻的连接点。
