目前,现有技术中太阳能光伏接线盒的接线端子与接线模块采用螺母紧固方式,使用过程中容易产生松动。

为克服现有技术的不足,提供一种新型太阳能光伏接线盒。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型通过如下技术方案加以实现:
一种太阳能光伏接线盒,包括壳体1、上盖2、设置于壳体1内的接线模块19,一个带有网簧18连接件的接线端子7,通过插拔式的连接方式连接止退环6固定于壳体1中,止退环6连接在壳体1的内壁上所述止退环6具有收拢的爪形端部,接线端子7设置在该止退环6的内孔中。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果为:结构简单、设计合理,装、卸方便;导通效果好、防水防潮效果好、散热效果明显、耐压绝缘效果好、产品强度高。

结合各附图,一种太阳能光伏接线盒,包括壳体1、上盖2、设置于壳体1内的接线模块19,一个带有网簧18连接件的接线端子7,通过插拔式的连接方式连接止退环6固定于壳体1中,止退环6连接在壳体1的内壁上所述止退环6具有收拢的爪形端部,接线端子7设置在该止退环6的内孔中。
在安装时,线缆通过接线端子与壳体上的止退环连接紧固性能更好,端子上装网簧即可。

1.一种太阳能光伏接线盒,包括壳体(1)、上盖(2)、设置于壳体(1)内的接线模块(19),其特征在于:一个带有网簧(18)连接件的接线端子(7),通过插拔式的连接方式连接止退环(6)固定于壳体(1)中,止退环(6)连接在壳体(1)的内壁上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的接线盒,其特征在于:所述止退环(6)具有收拢的爪形端部,接线端子(7)设置在该止退环(6)的内孔中。
