本实用新型公开了一种高压永磁性过零投切的滤波补偿节能装置,设置有回路开关,开关的一端并联连接有带点显示器一和带电子控制器的高压补偿投切用永磁真空断路器,所述开关的另一端依次连接有电流互感器、熔断器、补偿电容器、电抗器,所述电流互感器和熔断器之间设置有带点显示器二,所述补偿电器两端连接有放电线圈;本实用新型通过补偿投切用永磁真空断路器与电子控制器配合来实现回路的开断,投入时刻可以精确控制,能快速无冲击地将补偿电容接入电网,大大降低了对电网的冲击,保护了补偿电容器;电子控制器具有抗干扰能力强,自带传感器检测分合闸位置,具有自我故障检测、报警等功能的特点。

背景技术
传统的高压无功补偿装置主要由接触器作为补偿主回路的开断,用辅助接点来执行控制指令,普通接触器投切无功补偿电容器会产生很大的冲击电流、对电网造成干扰、投切不稳定、响应迟钝、由于投切补偿电容器瞬间接触器主触头拉弧现象,导致接触器主触头烧损,影响无功补偿装置的正常运行,由于接触器动作速度较慢,且寿命有限,所以不适用于需要快速频繁投切补偿电容器的场合。

本实用新型为解决上述问题提供了一种高压永磁性过零投切的滤波补偿节能装置,可以有效避免普通投切装置产生的大电流冲击、投切对电网的干扰、投切不稳定、动作速度慢等现状,实现稳定、准确、快速频繁投切,满足了稳定的对系统无功功率补偿的工程要求。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种高压永磁性过零投切的滤波补偿节能装置,其特征在于:设置有回路开关,开关的一端并联连接有带点显示器一和带电子控制器的高压补偿投切用永磁真空断路器,所述开关的另一端依次连接有电流互感器、熔断器、补偿电容器、电抗器,所述电流互感器和熔断器之间设置有带点显示器二,所述补偿电器两端连接有放电线圈。
所述高压补偿投切用永磁真空断路器的支路上还串联有高压避雷器。
高压补偿投切用永磁真空断路器与电子控制器配合来实现回路的开断,控制器是无触点开关。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种高压永磁性过零投切的滤波补偿节能装置,设置有回路开关1,开关1的一端并联连接有带点显示器一2和带电子控制器的高压补偿投切用永磁真空断路器3,所述开关1的另一端依次连接有电流互感器、熔断器4、补偿电容器5、电抗器6,所述电流互感器和熔断器4之间设置有带点显示器二7,所述补偿电器5两端连接有放电线圈8。
所述高压补偿投切用永磁真空断路器3的支路上还串联有高压避雷器9。
高压补偿投切用永磁真空断路器与电子控制器配合来实现回路的开断,控制器是无触点开关。
所述电流互感器由3个相同的电流互感器10并联组成。
当补偿设备合闸投入系统时电子控制器与真空断路器配合根据每一相电流、电压相位角分别进行控制,在补偿系统中监测到电压过零时合,电流过零时分,以抑制开关操作时产生的涌流和过电压,从而提高电网电能质量和补偿的稳定性,进而延长设备的使用寿命。
电压过零点投入时,不会造成电容器和电路中的电压差和电压叠加,无投切的涌流,不会造成因涌流而发生的各种问题。减小了功率的损耗。延长了无功补偿装置的寿命和减小了对其他用电设备的冲击。电流过零点切除,电容器在进行无功补偿时,长时间大电流通过在过零点切除不会造成拉弧等各种因大电流造成的危害,对提高低压无功补偿装置的可靠性、降低能源损耗有重大意义。工程实践证明该永磁性过零投切滤波补偿达到了投切稳定、无冲击、投切响应速度快、可进行频繁投切、投切时无电弧、无机械磨损、免调试、少维护、高可靠、使用寿命长的工程要求,在高压补偿系统中处于国内先进水平。

1.一种高压永磁性过零投切的滤波补偿节能装置,其特征在于:该装置设置有回路开关(1),开关(1)的一端并联连接有带点显示器一(2)和带电子控制器的高压补偿投切用永磁真空断路器(3),所述开关(1)的另一端依次连接有电流互感器、熔断器(4)、补偿电容器(5)、电抗器(6),所述电流互感器和熔断器(4)之间设置有带点显示器二(7),所述补偿电器(5)两端并联连接有放电线圈(8)。
