Abstract

[0034] 如图2所示,本实用新型所述节能降温系统包括室内送风装置1和室外冷却装置 2。如图3和4所示,所述室内送风装置1包括箱体11,所述箱体11内具有一个隔板113, 将箱体11内的空间分隔成送风区和热交换区,所述热交换区内安装有室内热交换器13,在 本实施例中,所述送风区位于热交换区的上方。所述箱体11上设置有均通向所述热交换区 的室内回风口 18、室内进水端口 14和室内回水端口 15,以及通向所述送风区的室内送风口 19。所述室内回风口 18的内面安装有滤网112,通过室内回风口 18进入箱体11内的空气 经过滤网112过滤后再进入热交换区。所述箱体11内安装有送风机12,所述送风机12的 进风部位位于所述热交换区内,其出风口位于所述送风区内。为了能够高效地完成热交换 和送风,在本实施例中,所述室内热交换器13安装在室内回风口 18的上方,而所述送风机 12安装在热交换器13的上方。所述室内热交换器的入口和出口分别与室内进水端口 14和 室内回水端口 15连通。
[0035] 由于进入热交换器的室内空气在与室内热交换器13进行热交换的过程中可能会 产生冷凝水,因此,可在热交换区的底部设置存水盘111,而所述箱体11上设置有与所述存 水盘111连通的排水管16,以便将存水盘111内的冷凝水从箱体11内排出。

[0037] 所述室内送风装置1的室内进水端口 14通过输入管道3与室外冷却装置2的室 外出水管25连通;所述室内送风装置1的室内回水端口 15通过输出管道4与室外冷却装 置2的室外回水管24连通。所述室内热交换器13、室外热交换器26、输入管道3、输出管道 4、室外出水管25、室外回水管24和循环泵5构成所述节能降温系统的热交换系统,所述热 交换系统内具有载冷剂,所述载冷剂可以是乙二醇和水的混合溶液,也可以是乙醇、氯化钙 水等溶液及二氯甲烷或一氟三氯甲烷等。如图1和2所示,所述输入管道3和输出管道4 可以由紫铜管制成,并辅以保温措施。所述循环泵5用于驱动载冷剂在热交换系统内循环 流动。为了能够控制载冷剂的流量(以控制换热量),在所述室外热交换器26的入口与出 口之间可以安装旁通调节阀6,以调节进入室外热交换器26内的载冷剂的流量。另外,为了 能够缓冲热交换系统的压力波动,可以在所述室外回水管24上安装膨胀罐7。
[0038] 在本实施例中,所述循环泵、旁路调节阀6和膨胀罐7均位于所述冷却箱体21的 内部;而所述室外回水管24和室外出水管25的自由端从所述冷却箱体内向外伸出,以便于 将所述室外冷却装置2与室内送风装置1通过输入管道3和输出管道4组装在一起。

[0044] 被冷却降低温度后的载冷剂通过输入管道3送至所述室内送风装置1的室内热交 换单元12中;所述室内送风装置1的送风机12运行,室内送风装置1的室内回风口 18为 负压,室内热空气通过室内回风口 18进入,并与室内热交换器13进行热交换,载冷剂带走 热空气的热量,热空气被冷却后变为冷风由送风机12经室内送风口 19送出,对计算机房、 通信基站设备进行冷却,保证计算机房、通信基站设备在正常工作环境下运行。
[0045] 在室内送风装置1的室内热交换器13中进行热交换后的载冷剂,通过输出管道4 送回所述室外冷却装置2的室外热交换器中进行冷却,冷却降温后的载冷剂再送至室内送 风装置1的室内热交换器13,不断地循环上述过程实现对计算机房、通信基站的持续冷却 降温。

Claims (10)
- 一种节能降温系统,其特征在于:包括室内送风装置和室外冷却装置;所述室内送风装置包括箱体,所述箱体内具有一个将其内部空间分隔成送风区和热交换区的隔板,所述热交换区内安装有热交换器,所述箱体上设置有均通向所述热交换区的室内回风口、室内进水端口和室内回水端口,以及通向所述送风区的室内送风口;所述箱体内安装有送风机,所述送风机的进风部位位于所述热交换区内,其出风口位于所述送风区内;所述室内热交换器的入口和出口分别与所述室内进水端口和室内回水端口连通;所述室外冷却装置包括冷却箱体,所述冷却箱体上安装有散热风机,所述冷却箱体上设置有室外入风口,所述冷却箱体内安装有室外热交换器;所述室外冷却装置还具有分别与所述室外热交换器的入口和出口连通的室外回水管和室外出水管;所述室外出水管上安装有循环泵;以及,所述室内送风装置的室内进水端口通过输入管道与室外冷却装置的室外出水管连通;所述室内送风装置的室内回水端口通过输出管道与室外冷却装置的室外回水管连通;所述的输入管道和输出管道内装满载冷剂。
- 2.根据权利要求1所述的节能降温系统,其特征在于:所述室内回风口的内面安装有 滤网。
- 3.根据权利要求1所述的节能降温系统,其特征在于:所述箱体上设置有通向所述热 交换区的排水管,所述热交换区的底部设置有与所述排水管连通的存水盘。
- 4.根据权利要求1所述的节能降温系统,其特征在于:所述室外热交换器的入口与出 口之间安装有旁通调节阀。
- 5.根据权利要求4所述的节能降温系统,其特征在于:所述室外回水管上安装有膨胀罐。
- 6.根据权利要求5所述的节能降温系统,其特征在于:所述循环泵、旁路调节阀和膨胀 罐均位于所述冷却箱体的内部;所述室外回水管和室外出水管的自由端从所述冷却箱体内 向外伸出。
- 7.根据权利要求1所述的节能降温系统,其特征在于:所述室内热交换器和室外热交 换器的类型为浮头式、固定管板式、波纹管式、U形管式或板式,所述室内热交换器和室外热 交换器的外形为平板形、“V”形,“U”形或“L”形。
- 8.根据权利要求1所述的节能降温系统,其特征在于:所述送风区位于所述热交换区 的上方;所述室内热交换器安装在室内回风口的上方,而所述送风机安装在所述室内热交 换器的上方。
- 9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的节能降温系统,其特征在于:所述室内送风装 置配置有中央控制单元;所述冷却箱体在其室外入风口处安装有用于检测室外环境温度的 室外温度传感器;所述中央控制单元与所述室外温度传感器、循环泵、送风机和散热风机, 以及基站原有空调控制器通讯连接。
- 10.根据权利要求9所述的节能降温系统,其特征在于:所述箱体在其室内送风口处安 装有用于检测送风温湿度的送风温湿度传感器,在其室内回风口处安装用于检测回风温湿 度的回风温湿度传感器;所述室内送风装置在室内热交换器的下方安装有用于检测载冷剂 是否泄漏的泄露报警传感器;所述输入管道上安装有用于检测载冷剂入水温度的入水温度 传感器;在所述输出管道上安装有用于检测载冷剂回水温度的回水温度传感器;所述输出管道上安装有用于检测载冷剂压力的压力传感器和用于检测载冷剂流量的流量传感器;所 述中央控制单元与所述入水温度传感器、回水温度传感器、送风温湿度传感器、回风温湿度 传感器、泄露报警传感器、压 力传感器和流量传感器通讯连接。
