如图1所示，本实用新型提出的口袋活动提柄为一个硬质材料手柄1，手柄1的上侧凿有贯通手柄二端的凹槽2，在使用时，将口袋提手放入凹槽2内，在用手握住手柄1，将口袋提起；这样的设计使得人手与口带提手之间的受力而增大，能有效的避免口带提手将手勒伤。
本实用新型的另一设计要点是手柄1的各个侧面之间为弧面过渡连接，手柄1的中部下侧手握部位呈微凹弧形，这样的设计使得手柄1的手感更好。
