技术领域
本实用新型属于高压电器设备技术领域,涉及应用于电力变电站变压器与站内高压开关设备之间电力连接的母线桥,具体涉及一种可倒相序的高压电力母线桥。
背景技术
电力变电站变压器与站内高压开关设备(或站内高压开关设备之间连接时)电力连接的时候极容易发生错相问题,即母线两头连接的设备相序不同,如果发生这类问题,需将母线一端的相序重新设置,处理和解决起来很困难,目前行业中,没有完善的解决办法。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可倒相序的高压电力母线桥,当电力变电站变压器与站内高压开关设备之间,或站内高压开关设备之间发生错相时,将可倒相序高压电力母线桥设置在上述设备之间,使得设备之间相序一致。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是,一种可倒相序的高压电力母线桥,包括母线桥架,母线桥架为上中下三层的空间结构,每一层上都平行设置有左、中、右三条母线通道,在母线桥架上层与下层中,母线通道上相间设置有两个绝缘瓶。
本实用新型的可倒相序的高压电力母线桥,在电力变电站变压器与站内高压开关设备之间,或站内高压开关设备之间发生错相时,将可倒相序高压电力母线桥设置在上述设备之间,通过其三层空间的结构,将进入母线桥的母线通过绝缘瓶进行快速导相,从而使得设备之间相序一致。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型进行详细说明。
本实用新型可倒相序高压电力母线桥的结构,如图1、图2所示,包括母线桥架1,母线桥架1为上中下三层的空间结构,每一层上都平行设置有左、中、右三条母线通道3;在母线桥架1上层与下层中,母线通道3上相间设置有两个绝缘瓶2,共设置6个绝缘瓶2。
将本实用新型可倒相序高压电力母线桥连接在电力变电站变压器4与站内高压开关设备5之间的母线上,如图3所示,或者连接在站内高压开关设备之间母线上。将A相母线、B相母线、C相母线分别伸进母线桥架1,其中A相母线从上层空间左侧的母线通道3上通过,经过绝缘瓶2后进入下层空间,并从右侧的母线通道3伸出;C相母线从下层空间右侧的母线通道3上通过,然后通过绝缘瓶2后进入上层空间,并从左侧的母线通道3伸出;B相母线从中层空间中间的母线通道3上通过。另外,也可以将A相母线与C相母线分别从下层左侧母线通道3、上层右侧母线通道3进入,通过绝缘瓶2后分别从上层、下层中另一侧的母线通道3伸出,即只需将A相母线、C相母线进出的层级颠倒,并改变左右方向即可。
本实用新型的电力母线桥,在跨桥或进线桥间,通过加高桥架,把原来单层母线变化成三层母线结构,并通过绝缘瓶,实现跨相之间的转换,继尔实现高压开关设备的快速倒相,实现相序变化。从而使站内高压开关设备与站外的变压器相序达到统一和一致,也可使站内高压开关柜之间相序达到统一和一致。

1.一种可倒相序的高压电力母线桥,其特征在于,包括母线桥架(1),所述母线桥架(1)为上中下三层的空间结构,每一层上都平行设置有左、中、右三条母线通道(3),在母线桥架(1)上层与下层空间中,母线通道(3)上相问设置有两个绝缘瓶(2)。
