本实用新型涉及一种单液晶光阀单投影机立体投影装置,它包括投影机、同步电路、一个自补偿弯曲模式液晶光阀,银幕和圆偏光眼镜。线偏振器位于投影机镜头前,光学自补偿弯曲模式液晶光阀位于线偏振器外侧,投影机镜头一侧为内侧;视频输入信号分左右眼图像信号,依次交替传输给投影机,投影机发出的光线依次经过线偏振器、光学自补偿弯曲模式液晶光阀后,投影到银幕,佩戴圆偏振眼镜观看银幕。本实用新型结构简单,电路简单,成本低,无需考虑两投影机投影图像对位问题,只使用一台投影机来实现立体投影效果,成本低于双投影机立体投影系统。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及立体投影装置,特别是一种单液晶光阀单投影机立体投影装置,利用一台投影机搭配液晶光阀以及偏光眼镜实现立体投影效果。
背景技术
现有立体投影技术一般利用两台投影机,两镜头前分别加装固定的左旋圆偏振器和右旋圆偏振器,将光线转化为左旋圆偏振和右旋圆偏振光,两台投影机同时投影在一个银幕上,观众佩戴圆偏振片眼镜后可观看到立体影像。此种方式需要两台投影机精确对位,以保证投影位置的准确性,同时使用两台投影机,成本较高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新的单光阀单投影机立体投影装置,通过液晶光阀控制光的偏振状态,实现了单台投影机投影立体影像的方式。
本实用新型提供单光阀单投影机立体投影装置包括:投影机、同步电路、一个自补偿弯曲模式液晶光阀,银幕和圆偏光眼镜:
投影机,用于支持帧频率为100HZ或更高的视频播放;采用DLP技术、LCOS技术、LCD技术等。
线偏振器,用于产生线偏振光;采用偏光度高于99%的偏光片或者其他同等功能的线偏光器件。
光学自补偿弯曲模式液晶光阀,用于将线偏振光转为左旋圆偏振光或右旋圆偏振光;
同步电路:用于从视频信号输入端口采集左右眼图像的帧频率信号,同时产生用于驱动液晶光阀的同步电压信号;
圆偏光眼镜:观众观看投影时佩戴,用于分离左右眼图像;
银幕为普通银幕或高金属银幕。
线偏振器位于投影机镜头前,光学自补偿弯曲模式液晶光阀位于线偏振器外侧(投影机镜头一侧为内侧)。
视频输入信号分左右眼图像信号,依次交替传输给投影机,投影机发出的光线依次经过线偏振器、光学自补偿弯曲模式液晶光阀后,投影到银幕,佩戴圆偏振眼镜观看银幕。
所述的线偏振器、液晶光阀、和同步电路可以作为普通投影机的外部附加部分,也可内置在投影机内部。线偏振光器透光轴与液晶光阀中液晶分子投影方向成45度角或线偏振光器透光轴与液晶光阀中液晶分子投影方向成负45度角。
所述的圆偏光眼镜左眼和右眼偏振片分别为左旋圆偏振片和右旋圆偏振片,左眼偏振片和右眼偏振片可交换。
所述的光学自补偿弯曲模式液晶光阀(即OCB模式,也称π盒,液晶层厚度小于或等于5微米)的响应的时间:上升时间0.5毫秒或以下,下降时间1.2毫秒或以下。
所述的同步电路可产生两个交流电压信号高电压,将液晶光阀的延迟量保持在1/4波长;低电压,可将液晶光阀的延迟量保持在3/4波长;高电压的值一般为3V至10V之间,典型高电压值为6V至7V。低电压的值一般为0V至3V之间,典型低电压值为1V至2V。
本实用新型提供一种新的单液晶光阀单投影机立体投影装置,通过液晶光阀控制光的偏振状态,实现了单台投影机投影立体影像的方式,相比于双投影机的立体投影装置,本实用新型结构简单,电路简单,成本低,无需考虑两投影机投影图像对位问题。利用一台投影机搭配一个液晶光阀以及配套电路,观众通过佩戴偏光眼镜即可观看立体投影效果。

具体实施方式
本实用新型参照附图详细描述如下
如图所示,图1:本实用新型单投影机立体投影装置示意图。图2:方式一时线偏振光器2透光轴与液晶光阀4中液晶分子投影方向成45度角。线偏振器2透光轴方向为7,液晶分子投影方向为8。图3:方式二时线偏振光器2透光轴与液晶光阀4中液晶分子投影方向成负45度角。线偏振器2透光轴方向为9,液晶分子投影方向为8。图4:本实用新型单投影机立体投影装置工作时各光学状态的转换示意图。
运行原理和过程:
投影系统构成及光路见图1,包括:投影机1,线偏振器2,同步电路3,液晶光阀4,银幕5,圆偏光眼镜6。实线箭头为光线传播方向。
视频输入信号1A为左右图像交替,依次交替传输给投影机,投影机将视频输入线号1A转化为影像,以光线的形式从投影机镜头射出,经过线偏振器2后转化为线偏振光10。
方式一时,线偏振光器2透光轴与液晶光阀4中液晶分子投影方向成45度角,见图2。当左眼图像传输时,同步电路3检测出帧频信号,同时产生一个交流高电压信号,施加于液晶光阀4,使液晶光阀4延迟量保持在1/4波长左右。线偏振光10经过液晶光阀4后转化为右旋圆偏振光11后投影到银幕5上。当右眼图像传输时,同步电路3检测出帧频信号,同时产生一个交流低电压信号,施加于液晶光阀4,使液晶光阀4延迟量保持在3/4波长左右。线偏振光10经过液晶光阀4后转化为左旋圆偏振光12后投影到银幕5上。
方式二时,线偏振光器2透光轴与液晶光阀4中液晶分子投影方向成负45度角,见图3。当左眼图像传输时,同步电路3检测出帧频信号,同时产生一个交流高电压信号,施加于液晶光阀4,使液晶光阀4延迟量保持在1/4波长左右。线偏振光10经过液晶光阀4后转化为左旋圆偏振光12后投影到银幕5上。当右眼图像传输时,同步电路3检测出帧频信号,同时产生一个交流低电压信号,施加于液晶光阀4,使液晶光阀4延迟量保持在3/4波长左右。线偏振光10经过液晶光阀4后转化为右旋圆偏振光11后投影到银幕5上。
观众佩戴圆偏光眼镜6于银幕5前观看,圆偏光眼镜6的左右眼分别为左旋圆偏光片和右旋圆偏光片,因此每只眼只能分辨一种圆偏振光,从而使得左眼和右眼看到不同的投影影像,实现左右眼影像分离来实现立体显示效果。
线偏振器2、液晶光阀4的相对位置有两种方式,方式一为线偏振光器2透光轴与液晶光阀4中液晶分子投影方向成45度角,见图2;方式二为线偏振光器2透光轴与液晶光阀4中液晶分子投影方向成负45度角,见图3;具体实施时选择图2和图3其中任意一种。

1.一种单投影机立体投影装置,其特征在于它包括投影机、同步电路、一个自补偿弯曲模式液晶光阀,银幕和圆偏光眼镜,
投影机,用于视频播放;
线偏振器,用于产生线偏振光;
光学自补偿弯曲模式液晶光阀,用于将线偏振光转为左旋圆偏振光或右旋圆偏振光;
同步电路:用于从视频信号输入端口采集左右眼图像的帧频率信号,同时产生用于驱动液晶光阀的同步电压信号;
圆偏光眼镜:观众观看投影时佩戴,用于分离左右眼图像;
线偏振器位于投影机镜头前,光学自补偿弯曲模式液晶光阀位于线偏振器外侧,投影机镜头一侧为内侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的立体投影装置,其特征在于:所述的线偏振器、液晶光阀、和同步电路可以作为普通投影机的外部附加部分,也可内置在投影机内部。
3.根据根据权利要求1所述的立体投影装置,其特征在于:线偏振光器透光轴与液晶光阀中液晶分子投影方向成45度角或线偏振光器透光轴与液晶光阀中液晶分子投影方向成负45度角。
4.根据权利要求1所述的立体投影装置,其特征在于:所述的圆偏光眼镜左眼和右眼偏振片分别为左旋圆偏振片和右旋圆偏振片,左眼偏振片和右眼偏振片可交换。
5.根据权利要求1所述的立体投影装置,所述的光学自补偿弯曲模式液晶光阀的液晶层厚度小于或等于5微米;响应的时间:上升时间0.5毫秒或以下,下降时间1.2毫秒或以下。
6.根据权利要求1所述的立体投影装置,其特征在于:所述的同步电路可产生两个交流电压信号:高电压,将液晶光阀的延迟量保持在1/4波长;低电压,可将液晶光阀的延迟量保持在3/4波长;
7.根据权利要求6所述的立体投影装置,其特征在于:高电压的值为3V至10V之间;低电压的值为0V至3V之间。
