使用时，将胸带从患者背部绕过，两条上固定带绕过前胸交叉固定于床边，然后把两条下固定带固定于床头两侧即可。
本实用新型的优点是：该约束带只限制患者处于平躺姿势，四肢可以自由活动，提高了患者的舒适度，使得检查、治疗和护理能够顺利进行，也不会对肢体造成损伤。
