一种测量风力发电机扭缆信号的装置
技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种风力发电机扭缆信号测量装置,可安装在风力发电机组上,实现偏航扭缆信号的测量。
背景技术:
风能是一种取之不尽的清洁能源,我国风能电站经过连续几年的高速发展,总装机容量已经排在亚洲第一。
众所周知,大型风力发电机组都有偏航对风装置,机组在对风过程中,机舱到塔基的电缆是存在扭缆风险的,为了避免电缆扭动超过电缆能够承受的范围,因此,给风机增加扭缆开关串在安全链里来检测电缆扭转角度,在设定的圈数时给风机发出信号,由风机来停机解缆是非常必要的。
目前国内使用的大多是在电缆上绑上钢绳,电缆扭转时缠绕钢绳,钢绳缠绕到一定长度,靠钢绳末端拉动限位开关,触发安全链。这种技术存在定位不够精确,安装调节麻烦的缺点。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的装置解决了目前偏航扭缆信号的测量问题。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种测量风力发电机扭缆信号的装置,包括旋转限位开关2、驱动齿轮1和偏航齿轮5,所述旋转限位开关2通过安装支架3固定连接在机舱底座8上;所述旋转限位开关2端部设置有塑料齿轮4;所述塑料齿轮4与驱动齿轮1啮合。所述安装支架3通过螺钉或焊接的方式固定在机舱底座8上。
本实用新型的装置工作原理如下:偏航时,偏航电机7通过偏航减速器6带动偏航驱动齿轮1转动,驱动齿轮1和偏航大齿5啮合带动机舱转动的同时,带动旋转限位开关2的塑料齿轮4旋转,旋转限位开关2的凸轮开关组可以在达到设定的角度时动作,给主控系统及安全链扭缆信号,以及触发安全链,使机组紧急停机。
本实用新型的装置能够准确检测电缆扭转角度,并且具有定位精确、安装调节简单、实用性好的优点。

参见图1,一种测量风力发电机扭缆信号的装置,包括旋转限位开关2、驱动齿轮1和偏航齿轮5,所述旋转限位开关2通过安装支架3固定连接在机舱底座上8;所述旋转限位开关2端部设置有塑料齿轮4;所述塑料齿轮4与驱动齿轮1啮合。所述安装支架3通过螺钉或焊接的方式固定在机舱底座上8。
本实用新型的装置由一个旋转限位开关2和偏航驱动齿轮1啮合,旋转限位开关2通过安装支架3和偏航轴承的静止部分固定联结。偏航时,偏航电机7带动偏航减速器6进而带动偏航驱动齿轮1转动,驱动齿轮1和偏航大齿5啮合带动机舱转动的同时,带动旋转限位开关2的塑料齿轮4旋转,旋转限位开关2的凸轮开关组可以在达到设定的角度时动作,给主控系统及安全链扭缆信号,以及触发安全链,使机组紧急停机。
此扭缆测量装置结构简单,安装方便,可以准确、快速的将扭缆信号测量到,希望可以得到推广。

2.如专利要求1所述一种测量风力发电机扭缆信号的装置,其特征在于:所述安装支架(3)通过螺钉或焊接的方式固定在机舱底座(8)上。
