背景技术
在电力输送的用户端需要安装电表以对用户的用电进行计量,而这种电表常常需要相应的计量箱来配合,从而将电表安装在计量箱内以起到防雨、防尘防窃电的作用,而同时又要便于操作人员观察到计量箱内的电表以进行读数和其它操作,另外,在计量箱箱盖对应于开关的位置需设置一防护门开口以用来对开关进行操作,防护门开口上则需要设置开关防护门以起到对开关的防雨和防尘。现有技术中,开关防护门的上侧通常是通过销轴与防护门开口的边缘形成枢轴连接,上述结构的开关防护门与计量箱箱盖的连接不可靠,在使用过程中开关防护门容易脱落,其防护效果较差。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种防护门与计量箱箱盖连接可靠,不会脱落,防护效果较好的电力计量箱开关防护门安装结构,解决了现有技术存在的开关防护门与计量箱箱盖的连接不可靠,在使用过程中开关防护门容易脱落,其防护效果较差等问题。
本实用新型的上述技术目的主要是通过以下技术方案解决的:它包括计量箱箱盖,其特征在于所述箱盖上设有可对计量箱内的开关进行操作的防护门开口,箱盖内壁对应于防护门开口上侧的位置设有上下方向的滑槽,开关防护门上下导向连接在所述滑槽内。其中,将开关防护门与计量箱箱盖之间通过滑槽连接,通过增加滑槽的宽度可保证开关防护门与计量箱箱盖的可靠连接,起到对开关有效的防雨和防尘作用。
作为优选,所述箱盖内壁对应于防护门开口上侧设有相互平行且上下方向延伸的两道凹槽,盖板上形成有相互平行的两道凸条,盖板通过凸条与凹槽的配合固定在箱盖内壁,盖板与箱盖内壁之间的间隙形成所述滑槽。其中,采用盖板与计量箱箱盖内壁形成圆周方向封闭的滑槽可进一步保证开关防护门与计量箱箱盖之间连接的可靠性。
作为优选,所述开关防护门的下端形成往外凸出且倾斜向下延伸的推手板,所述推手板与开关防护门等宽。其中,倾斜向下延伸的推手板一方面可方便于开关防护门的开启操作,另一方面可使落于开关防护门外表面的灰尘或雨水顺利滑走,进一步提高了防雨、防尘的防护效果。
因此,本实用新型具有开关防护门与计量箱箱盖连接可靠,不会脱落,防护效果较好等特点。

实施例1:如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,计量箱箱盖1上设有可对计量箱内的开关3进行操作的防护门开口2,计量箱箱盖1内壁对应于防护门开口2上侧设有相互平行且上下方向延伸的两道凹槽4,盖板6上形成有相互平行的两道凸条5,盖板6通过凸条5与凹槽4的配合固定在箱盖内壁,盖板6与箱盖1的内壁之间的间隙形成滑槽7,开关防护门9上下导向连接在滑槽7内,开关防护门9的下端形成往外凸出且倾斜向下延伸的推手板8,推手板8与开关防护门9等宽。

1.一种电力计量箱开关防护门安装结构,包括计量箱箱盖,其特征在于所述计量箱箱盖上设有可对计量箱内的开关进行操作的防护门开口,箱盖内壁对应于防护门开口上侧的位置设有上下方向的滑槽,开关防护门上下导向连接在所述滑槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电力计量箱开关防护门安装结构,其特征在于所述箱盖内壁对应于防护门开口上侧设有相互平行且上下方向延伸的两道凹槽,盖板上形成有相互平行的两道凸条,盖板通过凸条与凹槽的配合固定在箱盖内壁,盖板与箱盖内壁之间的间隙形成所述滑槽。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的电力计量箱开关防护门安装结构,其特征在于所述开关防护门的下端形成往外凸出且倾斜向下延伸的推手板,所述推手板与开关防护门等宽。
