安全阀广泛用于管路系统，当系统内压力高于设定的压力时，通过手动或自动开启安全阀，即可达到泄压目的，安全阀由内泄组件与外泄组件组成，其中内泄组件包括顶杆、顶杆下方的顶杆座，顶杆外周依次设有内泄密封垫、弹簧底座、内泄小宝塔弹簧、内泄大宝塔弹簧，顶杆端部与调压帽相连接，由于普通安全阀中的顶杆座外周尺寸小于阀体内泄进水处内径尺寸，因而当发生顶杆与调压帽脱离时，顶杆座易进入管道系统中，因而产生顶杆座堵塞管路的安全隐患。

由于本实用新型采用周边带有凸台的顶杆座，即使顶杆与调压帽脱离，也不会使顶杆座进入管路系统中，因而提高了可靠性。

如图1、图2所示：本实用新型包括阀体1，阀体1内设有内泄组件与外泄组件，内泄组件包括顶杆2、顶杆2下方的顶杆座3，顶杆2外周依次设有内泄密封垫4、弹簧底座5、内泄小宝塔弹簧6、内泄大宝塔弹簧7，顶杆2端部与调压帽8固定连接，顶杆座3周边设有若干只凸台9，由于凸台9周边直径尺寸大于阀体1内泄进水处内径尺寸，因而在顶杆2与调压帽8脱离的情况下，顶杆座3也不会进入管路系统中。

1.一种安全阀，包括阀体，所述阀体内设有内泄组件与外泄组件，所述内泄组件包括顶杆、顶杆下方的顶杆座，顶杆外周依次设有内泄密封垫、弹簧底座、内泄小宝塔弹簧、内泄大宝塔弹簧，顶杆端部与调压帽相连接，其特征在于所述顶杆座周边设有若干只凸台。
