Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种石油勘探工程中的钻井井筒直径的井径仪。现有的设备存在以下缺点:当井径仪在斜井和水平井中测量时,井径仪由于自身重力的作用,井径仪在井筒中会产生偏心,井径仪轴心和井筒轴心不重合,这样造成测量值会小于井筒直径。本实用新型通过四个独立的井径测量臂正交连接构成,每个井径测量臂的底部设置有一个测量传感器;所述的测量传感器连接有供电源。本实用新型结构简单,但测量精度高,有效解决了国内外普通井径测井仪在定向斜井和水平井中,由于仪器重力作用而压缩井径臂导致井径测量偏差的问题。计算固井水泥量精度从36%提高到5%。

本实用新型涉及一种石油勘探工程中的钻井井筒直径的井径仪。
技术背景
石油钻探过程中,通过对井径的测量,可计算固井水泥量和对其他测井数据进行校正,普通井径仪的测量原理为:将井径仪的四个测量臂的测量值相加作为井筒的平均井径值,或将相对的两个井径臂(1、3号臂和2、4号臂)测量值相加为井筒的X、Y两轴井径值。
这种测量方法有以下缺点:当井径仪在斜井和水平井中测量时,井径仪由于自身重力的作用,井径仪在井筒中会产生偏心,井径仪轴心和井筒轴心不重合,这样造成测量值会小于井筒直径。

本实用新型所解决的技术问题是提供一种测量准确、结构简单的钻井井筒直径的井径仪。

本实用新型的特殊之处在于:所述的测径仪通过四个独立的井径测量臂正交连接构成,每个井径测量臂的底部设置有一个测量传感器;所述的测量传感器连接有供电源。

参见图1,本实用新型通过四个独立的井径测量臂2正交连接设置在测径仪1上构成,每个井径测量臂2的底部设置有一个测量传感器;所述的测量传感器连接有供电源。
每个测量传感器连接一个供电源,免除4个测量传感器之间相互影响。
使用本实用新型测量井径的方法如下:
本实用新型的四个井径测量臂底部的每个测量传感器输出四个测量信号r1、r2、r3、r4
测量信号r1、r2、r3、r4经下列计算可得到井筒直径,如图2:

OA = ( r 1 + r 3 2 ) 2 + ( r 2 - r 4 2 ) 2
其中D13为测量值r1、r3所对应的井筒直径,D24为测量值r2、r4所对应的实际井筒直径,得到X轴直径
D 13 = 2 ( r 1 + r 3 2 ) 2 + ( r 2 - r 4 2 ) 2
OB = ( r 2 + r 4 2 ) 2 + ( r 1 - r 3 2 ) 2
得到Y轴直径
D 24 = 2 ( r 2 + r 4 2 ) 2 + ( r 1 - r 3 2 ) 2

1.一种钻井井筒直径的井径仪,其特征在于:所述的测径仪(1)通过四个独立的井径测量臂(2)正交连接构成,每个井径测量臂(2)的底部设置有一个测量传感器;所述的测量传感器连接有供电源。
