背景技术
随着制造技术的不断升级,新的功能性纤维布逐渐满足着人们日益增长的需求,逐渐取代了天然纤维,化学纤维经过改性后被赋予更多的功能,从而为纺织行业新产品开发以及迎合消费者的需求提供了有力的保障。有些面料制成服装后,经过洗涤和穿着后,这些面料很容易起皱甚至缩水,对于起皱的服装,人们往往还得花时间进行运烫,会带来一定的不便,而对于缩水的服装往往就此作废,造成一定的浪费。因此研发出一种既让人穿着舒适又具有抗缩、抗皱功能的面料就成为一种市场需要。

为了弥补上述所存在的现有面料容易起皱和缩水的不足,本实用新型提供一种抗缩、抗皱面料,它弹性好、手感柔和、穿着舒适、抗缩和抗皱性能强。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用如下具体技术方案:一种抗缩、抗皱面料,其特征在于,纺织层是由经纱与纬纱以相互沉浮、交错的方式编织在一起而形成,经纱与纬纱可以相互垂直方式交错,也可以斜纹方式交错。经纱采用50D/72F涤纶FDY丝,纬纱采用320D锦纶空变丝,经纱与纬纱在喷水织机上交织而成,坯布先经松驰精练、碱减量、染色,然后经柔软、定型,最终形成具有抗缩、抗皱功能的面料。
