技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种胶合板材,尤其是涉及一种由木料组成作为薄层的主要或唯一的成分,它与另一层由一种特定物质构成的薄层相贴的多层珍珠岩复合阻燃板。
背景技术
木质材料的防火问题一直是建筑领域内的重要课题。近些年,虽然出现了不同类型的防火板、防火门等防火产品,但这些产品有的防火指标达不到防火要求,解决不了防火的实际问题,有的耗用大量优质木材,还有的就是对材质的处理,一旦处理不好就会招致虫害,尤其是其中的粘合剂有的还达不到环保安全性能的要求,会污染环境。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的,就是提供一种具有良好的阻燃性能,且节约木材不招虫害无毒环保的多层珍珠岩复合阻燃板。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案是:
一种多层珍珠岩复合阻燃板,其特征是:至少为三层的层状结构,表面为木材层,当中木材层与颗粒直径在1.5-3毫米之间的阻燃层相互间隔,层间以粘合剂粘合;所述的木材层经过常规阻燃处理,厚度在1-5毫米之间;所述的阻燃层厚度在1-120厘米之间。
所述的木材层为以木片、竹片或以农作物秸杆制成的板材,可自制或直接从市场上购得。
有益效果:由于本实用新型的多层珍珠岩复合阻燃板由经过阻燃处理的木板层夹阻燃层构成,阻燃层为膨胀珍珠岩与粘合剂混合而成,故本多层珍珠岩复合阻燃板防火、节约木材、防潮、防腐、无毒、无污染、无虫害、隔音、隔热、重量轻、粘接力强、不变形。可用做于防火门门芯、防火隔墙板、家具、装饰等用途。

图1显示本实用新型的多层珍珠岩复合阻燃板实施例1,有三层结构,表面为木材层1,厚度在1-5毫米之间,木材层为以木片、竹片或以农作物秸杆制成的板材,可自制或直接从市场上购得;木材层中间夹有阻燃层2,厚度在1-120厘米之间,层间以粘合剂3粘合。
图2所示的多层珍珠岩复合阻燃板实施例2,与前例不同之处在于有九层结构,表面为木材层1,当中阻燃层2与木材层1相互间隔,层间以粘合剂3粘合。
