背景技术
克式针是骨科中最常用的器械之一,需要用手摇钻或电钻操作,急诊时一名医生很难进行自己操作,现有技术中,当四肢骨折时常采用螺钉内固定复位法。手术时利用持骨钳夹持固定后再通过螺钉进行复位固定。目前所用的持骨钳,大体分为持骨器和尖嘴复位钳两种。持骨器虽然夹持力大,不易转动,有利于骨折的大体复位,但因其体积较大,占据较大地切口空间,所以不仅会影响后续地钻孔操作及上螺钉操作,还需要较大地骨膜剥离范围,影响骨折处的供血。而尖嘴复位钳虽然体积小,但却存在夹持力小,易折断等不足,给骨折固定复位工作带来不便。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、操作方便的新型针握式钳,其能很方便安装固定克式针,手术者只需左手固定骨折处,右手即可持握式钳作克式针操作。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种新型针握式钳它包括:钳柄、针道、轴、加压柄,其特征是在钳柄上固定设有针道,钳柄上部设有加压柄,钳柄前端设有轴。
本实用新型具有结构简单,操作方便,尤其适用于基层医院只有一名值班医生时,仍能进行骨折复位。
