本实用新型涉及风力发电设备的部件结构,具体是一种风力发设备的半桥功率单元。该风力发电设备的半桥功率单元包括有一个壳体,壳体内腔被一个隔板分隔为前后两个腔室,一组电解电容安装在隔板后侧的空间内,隔板前表面安装有一个扁平的可通入循环冷却水的水冷板,水冷板前侧安装有IGBT功率模块,IGBT功率模块前侧安装有吸收电容。本实用新型的各组成部分以壳体为基础集成安装,其结构紧凑、空间占用小、制造和安装方便;其水冷板与各组成部分布置合理,可以对各部分进行强制冷却,在提高集成度的同时使各部分散热良好,保证了运行的稳定性。

背景技术
风力发电设备的半桥功率单元是安装在风力发电设备的发电机与电网之间的变流器的部件,它用来实现输入和输出的交流到直流或直流到交流的变换。半桥功率单元通常包括有电解电容组、IGBT功率模块、吸收电容、输入/输出母排等组成部分,现有结构中,这些部分通常在风力发电设备中分别安装,不仅占用的安装空间大,也不利于安装、检修和维护。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种结构紧凑、空间占用小、制造和安装方便、散热效果好、运行稳定的风力发电设备的半桥功率单元。
本实用新型的风力发电设备的半桥功率单元包括有一个壳体,壳体内腔被一个隔板分隔为前后两个腔室,一组电解电容安装在隔板后侧的空间内,隔板前表面安装有一个扁平的可通入循环冷却水的水冷板,水冷板前侧安装有IGBT功率模块,IGBT功率模块前侧安装有吸收电容。用来输入或输出直流和交流电的输入/输出母排安装在壳体侧部,输入/输出母排的端部伸出壳体。
本实用新型的电解电容组、IGBT功率模块、吸收电容、输入/输出母排等功能器件以壳体为基础集成安装,其结构紧凑、空间占用小、制造和安装方便;其水冷板与各组成部分布置合理,可以对各部分进行强制冷却,在提高集成度的同时使各部分散热良好,保证了运行的稳定性。

具体实施方式
如图所示,风力发电设备的半桥功率单元包括有一个壳体1,壳体内腔被一个隔板2分隔为前后两个腔室,一组电解电容3安装在隔板后侧的空间内,隔板前表面安装有一个可通入循环冷却水的水冷板4,水冷板前侧安装有IGBT功率模块5,IGBT功率模块前侧安装有吸收电容6,用来输入或输出直流和交流电的输入/输出母排7安装在壳体侧部,输入/输出母排的端部伸出壳体。三根输入/输出母排7分别是交流母排、直流正极母排和直流负极母排。

1.一种风力发电设备的半桥功率单元,其特征是:它包括有一个壳体(1),壳体内腔被一个隔板(2)分隔为前后两个腔室,一组电解电容(3)安装在隔板后侧的空间内,隔板前表面安装有一个扁平的可通入循环冷却水的水冷板(4),水冷板前侧安装有IGBT功率模块(5),IGBT功率模块前侧安装有吸收电容(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的风力发电设备的半桥功率单元,其特征是:用来输入或输出直流和交流电的输入/输出母排(7)安装在壳体侧部,输入/输出母排的端部伸出壳体。
