本实用新型公开了一种光伏阵列防雷汇流箱,包括箱体,及设于箱体内的正极接线排、负极接线排、与正极接线排连接的正极集线器和与负极接线排连接的负极集线器,负极集线器、正极集线器与设有的断路器连接,断路器的另一端与设有的汇流输出端连接;还包括接地的防雷器,防雷器的输入端与正极集线器和负极集线器连接。本实用新型将光伏阵列电池组接入汇流箱后,通过由三个防雷模块Y型连接构成的防雷器,实现对光伏电池组件的正极对地、负极对地、正负极之间防雷功能。在雷击发生时候,能够有效的把施加在系统中的雷击电流引向大地,最大限度的保护电池组件和系统的安全,并具有安全可靠、结构紧凑、占用空间小的特点。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于光伏并网发电系统的汇流装置,更具体地说一种具有防雷功能的汇流装置。
背景技术
太阳能光伏发电在21世纪会占据世界能源消费的重要席位,不但要替代部分常规能源,而且将成为世界能源供应的主体。预计到2030年,可再生能源在总能源结构中将占到30%以上,而太阳能光伏发电在世界总电力供应中的占比也将达到10%以上;到2040年,可再生能源将占总能耗的50%以上,太阳能光伏发电将占总电力的20%以上;到21世纪末,可再生能源在能源结构中将占到80%以上,太阳能发电将占到60%以上。这些数字足以显示出太阳能光伏产业的发展前景及其在能源领域重要的战略地位。
在现有的光伏发电系统中,为减少光伏组件与逆变器(直流电逆变成交流电之后并入电网使用)之间的连接线,方便维护,提高可靠性,在光伏组件与逆变器之间增加的光伏汇流箱装置。用户可以根据逆变器输入的直流电压范围,把一定数量的规格相同的光伏电池组件串联组成1个光伏电池组件串列(又称为“光伏阵列电池组”),再将若干个串列接入光伏阵列汇流箱进行汇流,再经断路器后输出,方便了后级逆变器的接入。
在现有的光伏发电系统中,目前,国外与国内的光伏阵列发电汇流箱,只是简单的实现将多路光伏电池组串汇成一路输出的功能,没有防雷功能。对于运行于空旷地带的光伏电池组件,具有很大的雷击的可能性,以为通常的汇流箱没有防雷功能,无法有效的防止雷击的可能性,从而增加了光伏发电系统运行成本,降低了光伏发电系统的可靠性。
基于上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明人设计出一种新的光伏阵列防雷汇流箱,具有结构紧凑、占用空间小的特点,并具备良好的防雷功能。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于为克服现有技术的不足而提供一种光伏阵列防雷汇流箱,具有结构紧凑、占用空间小的特点,并具备良好的防雷功能。
本实用新型的技术内容为:光伏阵列防雷汇流箱,其特征包括箱体,及设于箱体内的正极接线排、负极接线排、与正极接线排连接的正极集线器和与负极接线排连接的负极集线器,所述的负极集线器、正极集线器与设有的断路器连接,所述断路器的另一端与设有的汇流输出端连接;还包括接地的防雷器,所述防雷器的输入端与正极集线器和负极集线器连接。
本实用新型的进一步技术内容为:所述的防雷器包括正极防雷模块、负极防雷模块和共极防雷模块,所述的正极防雷模块的输入端与正极集线器连接,所述的负极防雷模块的输入端与负极集线器连接,正极防雷模块、负极防雷模块的输出端同时与共极防雷模块的输入端连接,共极防雷模块的输出端与接地端连接。
本实用新型的进一步技术内容为:所述的正极接线排设有若干个正极接脚,所述的每个正极接脚的一端与光伏阵列电池组的正极电连接,另一端均连接有保护熔断器,所述的若干个保护熔断器与前述的正极集线器电连接;所述的负极接线排设有若干个负极接脚,所述的每个负极接脚的一端与光伏阵列电池组的负极电连接,另一端均连接有保护熔断器,所述的若干个保护熔断器与前述的负极集线器连接。
本实用新型的进一步技术内容为:所述的断路器包括四组触点,每二组触点串联成一个触点组,各触点组分别连接正极集线器与汇流输出端的正极、负极集线器与汇流输出端的负极。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的有益效果是:本实用新型将光伏阵列电池组接入汇流箱后,通过由三个防雷模块(一种专用于光伏专用的防雷模块)Y型连接构成的防雷器,实现对光伏电池组件的正极对地、负极对地、正负极之间防雷功能。在雷击发生时候,能够有效的把施加在系统中的雷击电流引向大地,最大限度的保护电池组件和系统的安全,另外此种Y型连接的三个防雷模块,具有安全可靠、结构紧凑、占用空间小的特点。
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。

具体实施方式
为了更充分理解本实用新型的技术内容,下面结合具体实施例对本实用新型的技术方案进一步介绍和说明,但不局限于此。
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型光伏阵列防雷汇流箱,包括箱体1,及设于箱体1内的正极接线排2A、负极接线排2B、与正极接线排2A连接的正极集线器3A和与负极接线排2B连接的负极集线器3B,负极集线器3B、正极集线器3A与设有的断路器4连接,断路器4的另一端与设有的汇流输出端5连接;还包括接地的防雷器6,防雷器6的输入端与正极集线器3A和负极集线器3B连接。防雷器6包括正极防雷模块61、负极防雷模块62和共极防雷模块63,正极防雷模块61的输入端与正极集线器3A连接,负极防雷模块62的输入端与负极集线器3B连接,正极防雷模块61、负极防雷模块62的输出端同时与共极防雷模块63的输入端连接,共极防雷模块63的输出端与接地端10连接。这种连接方式为Y型连接,此种连接方式具有结构紧凑、占用空间小、使用模块数量少的特点。正极接线排2A设有若干个正极接脚,每个正极接脚的一端与光伏阵列电池组的正极电连接,另一端均连接有保护熔断器8A,若干个保护熔断器8A与正极集线器3A电连接;负极接线排3B设有若干个负极接脚,每个负极接脚的一端与光伏阵列电池组的负极电连接,另一端均连接有保护熔断器8B,若干个保护熔断器8B与负极集线器3B连接。断路器4包括四组触点,每二组触点串联成一个触点组,各触点组分别连接正极集线器与汇流输出端的正极、负极集线器与汇流输出端的负极。
在本实施例中,正极接线排设有16个接脚,负极接线排设有16个接脚,与正极接线排连接的保护熔断器设有8个;与负极接线排连接的保护熔断器设有8个。连接各个部件所采用的导线取决于光伏阵列的容量。
综上所述,本实用新型将光伏阵列电池组接入汇流箱后,通过由三个防雷模块(一种专用于光伏专用的防雷模块)Y型连接构成的防雷器,实现对光伏电池组件的正极对地、负极对地、正负极之间防雷功能。在雷击发生时候,能够有效的把施加在系统中的雷击电流引向大地,最大限度的保护电池组件和系统的安全,另外此种Y型连接的三个防雷模块,具有安全可靠、结构紧凑、占用空间小的特点。

Claims (4)
1.光伏阵列防雷汇流箱,其特征包括箱体,及设于箱体内的正极接线排、负极接线排、与正极接线排连接的正极集线器和与负极接线排连接的负极集线器,所述的负极集线器、正极集线器与设有的断路器连接,所述断路器的另一端与设有的汇流输出端连接;还包括接地的防雷器,所述防雷器的输入端与正极集线器和负极集线器连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光伏阵列防雷汇流箱,其特征在于所述的防雷器包括正极防雷模块、负极防雷模块和共极防雷模块,所述的正极防雷模块的输入端与正极集线器连接,所述的负极防雷模块的输入端与负极集线器连接,正极防雷模块、负极防雷模块的输出端同时与共极防雷模块的输入端连接,共极防雷模块的输出端与接地端连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的光伏阵列防雷汇流箱,其特征在于所述的正极接线排设有若干个正极接脚,所述的每个正极接脚的一端与光伏阵列电池组的正极电连接,另一端均连接有保护熔断器,所述的若干个保护熔断器与前述的正极集线器电连接;所述的负极接线排设有若干个负极接脚,所述的每个负极接脚的一端与光伏阵列电池组的负极电连接,另一端均连接有保护熔断器,所述的若干个保护熔断器与前述的负极集线器连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的光伏阵列防雷汇流箱,其特征在于所述的断路器包括四组触点,每二组触点串联成一个触点组,各触点组分别连接正极集线器与汇流输出端的正极、负极集线器与汇流输出端的负极。
