技术领域：本实用新型涉及一种换热器，尤其是一种带搅动装置的容积式换热器。
背景技术：容积式换热器，换热系统主要有U型管式，列管式和浮动盘管式，把换热器安装在一个大罐里，即是换热器又是一个蓄液罐，由于水流动较慢，所以换热效率低，污水沉积在罐底不能排出，时间长了，水质变坏且不易发现。
发明内容：针对上述现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供了一种带搅动装置的容积式换热器。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：带搅动装置的容积式换热器，包括筒体1，封头2、进水管3和搅动装置4。封头2固定在筒体1上端，进水管3插入筒体1内，处于筒体1的下端。搅动装置4固定在筒体1内，处于筒体1的底部。
本实用新型利用搅动装置扰动水运动，加快充分换热过程，避免污垢沉积。

具体实施方式：
如图1所示：在容积式换热器筒体1的底部安装一个搅动装置4，水在进入罐体后冲动叶轮转动；在罐体处安装一个电机带动叶轮转动，由于叶轮转动带动水翻滚，不断破坏了水的表面层，提高换热系数，K值由原来的500～800W/m2·℃，提高了2-3倍。另外，由于水的搅动，使罐底没有沉淀物存在，保证了水质的清洁。
