本实用新型的技术方案是：一种两用折叠桌椅，包括桌面和桌腿，所述桌面由开口朝下的长、短U形弯折板铰接组成，两者上下重叠且长U形弯折板盖于短U形弯折板上表面，两者相应弯折边间铰接于靠近短U形弯折板一端端面，且长U形弯折板能相对短U形弯折板转动至与其垂直，所述长、短U形弯折板上分别设有桌腿，其中设于长U形弯折板上的桌腿固定于其未与短U形弯折板重叠的部分上。
本实用新型的有益效果是：作为桌子或茶几使用时，长、短U形弯折板上下重叠；作为椅子使用时，长U形弯折板相对短U形弯折板转动至与其垂直，长U形弯折板形成后部椅腿以及椅背，短U形弯折板形成椅座。整体结构简单、占用地面面积小，使用方便。

作为本实用新型的一种实施方式，如图1和图2所示，一种两用折叠桌椅，包括桌面和桌腿3，所述桌面由开口朝下的长、短U形弯折板1、2铰接组成，两者上下重叠且长U形弯折板1盖于短U形弯折板2上表面，两者相应弯折边间铰接于靠近短U形弯折板2一端端面，且长U形弯折板1能相对短U形弯折板2转动至与其垂直，所述长、短U形弯折板1、2上分别设有桌腿3，其中设于长U形弯折板1上的桌腿3固定于其未与短U形弯折板2重叠的部分上。
本实用新型作为桌子或茶几使用时，如图2所示，长、短U形弯折板1、2上下重叠；作为椅子使用时，如图1所示，长U形弯折板1相对短U形弯折板2转动至与其垂直，长U形弯折板1形成后部椅腿以及椅背，短U形弯折板2形成椅座。
