本实用新型涉及一种输电线路应用的监测与管理系统,具体的说是一种输电线路综合在线视频监测与管理系统。包括N个终端监控器、一套主站管理平台和GSM基站,终端监控器包括DSP微处理器;DSP微处理器与GSM基站信号连接,GSM基站与主站管理平台的GSM通讯转换机信号连接,GSM通讯转换机与计算机由数据线连接;其特征在于:终端监控器还包括智能高速球,智能高速球与DSP微处理器连接,计算机装有图像处理软件。通过主站管理平台对铁塔及周围的情况实时进行视频监控。还可根据需要随时进行录像和照片抓拍。它具有优越的控制和管理功能,运行可靠,适用于各种电压等级的输电线路设备运行管理。

输电线路综合在线视频监测与管理系统
技术领域  本实用新型涉及一种输电线路应用的监测与管理系统,具体的说是一种输电线路综合在线视频监测与管理系统。
背景技术  电力系统输电线路设备管理工作很原始,一方面,杆塔失窃被破坏的现象时有发生,防盗工作主要是靠增加巡检次数,加大群众护线员工作量,宣传《电力法》和《电力设施保护条例》,但效果也不太明显。另一方面,输电线路处在荒山野外环境,线路巡视工作与员工的工作经历、工作经验、工作责任心等人为因素有很大关系,且较为粗放盲目,巡检人员到位信息、温湿度数据信息、铁塔被盗预警信息等无法实施采集和管理,导致输电线路设施保护困难,给安全运行埋下了隐患,甚至导致事故引发不可估量的损失。专利号为200820181078.8、授权公告号为CN201335701的中国实用新型专利公开了一种输电线路综合在线监测与管理系统,该系统实现了输电线路巡检人员到位考核、线路异常情况报警和采集盗贼破坏铁塔的声讯信息并通过终端监控室喊话震慑盗贼等功能,使输电线路设备管理步入了科学化、自动化、规范化的轨道。但该系统不具有视频视屏化功能,不能采集图像信息,不能记载现场人员的面貌形体等特征。
实用新型内容  本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能够采集图像信息的输电线路综合在线视频监测与管理系统。
为了实现所述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种输电线路综合在线视频监测与管理系统,包括N个终端监控器、一套主站管理平台和GSM基站,终端监控器包括DSP微处理器;DSP微处理器与GSM基站信号连接,GSM基站与主站管理平台的GSM通讯转换机信号连接,GSM通讯转换机与计算机由数据线连接;其特征在于:终端监控器还包括智能高速球,智能高速球与DSP微处理器连接,计算机装有图像处理软件。
本实用新型是对专利号为200820181078.8的输电线路综合在线监测与管理系统的完善,是在该实用新型基础上增加了视频图像功能。
本实用新型实时监测铁塔及监控器本身的运行情况,并把监测到的铁塔信息以及监控器本身的运行信息利用中国移动无线网络传输技术,及时发往主站管理平台。当然,也可用GPRS/CDMA基站替代GSM基站。
因终端监控器安装在现场铁塔上,智能高速球与DSP微处理器连接,通过智能高速球随时视频查看现场情况,实时采集地铁塔及周围环境现场图像信息,DSP微处理器与GSM基站信号连接,将采集到的地铁塔及周围环境现场图像信息通过GSM基站传达室输到GSM通讯转换机与计算机,经图像处理软件处理后,在计算机的显示屏上显示。从而通过主站管理平台对铁塔及周围的情况实时进行视频监控。还可根据需要随时进行录像和照片抓拍。从而实现对输电线路的综合防护增加了视频化功能,使高压输电网络监视系统更为完善,不仅为重大事故的排除提供切实可行的预警信息,如有盗贼破坏,还能将其面貌形体记载下来,为打击犯罪保护高压输电线路安全可靠运行提供强有力的支撑。
本实用新型使输电线路的管理更上一层楼,更加科学,更加规范。它具有优越的控制和管理功能,功能齐全、运行可靠、适用于各种电压等级的输电线路的要求。

具体实施方式  如图1与图2所示:一种输电线路综合在线视频监测与管理系统,是专利号为200820181078.8的输电线路综合在线监测与管理系统的完善,它包括N个终端监控器1、一套主站管理平台2和GSM基站3;终端监控器1包括箱体和装在箱体的DSP微处理器14、光伏太阳能电池板12、现场语音喊话装置13、GSM模块16、振动传感器17、微波红外探测器18、温湿度传感器19及现场语音监听装置20;DSP微处理器14与GSM基站3信号连接,GSM基站3与主站管理平台2的GSM通讯转换机21信号连接,GSM通讯转换机21与计算机22由数据线连接;其特征在于:终端监控器1还包括智能高速球15,智能高速球15与DSP微处理器14连接,计算机装有图像处理软件23。
光伏太阳能电池板12为DSP微处理器14、现场语音喊话装置13、智能高速球15、振动传感器17、微波红外探测器18、温湿度传感器19和现场语音监听装置20各电子器件提供不间断电源。为了防备连续阴天或雨天等造成光伏太阳能电池板12电能不足,终端监控器1的箱体内装有蓄电池11,蓄电池11与光伏太阳能电池板12连接,实现电能互补,保证终端监控器1一直稳定运行。
本实用新型的N个终端监控器分别固装在铁塔4上,实时监测铁塔4及终端监控器1本身的运行情况,并把监测到的铁塔4的各种信息以及终端监控器1本身的运行信息利用中国移动无线网络传输技术,及时发往主站管理平台2。

1.一种输电线路综合在线视频监测与管理系统,包括N个终端监控器、一套主站管理平台和GSM基站,终端监控器包括DSP微处理器;DSP微处理器与GSM基站信号连接,GSM基站与主站管理平台的GSM通讯转换机信号连接,GSM通讯转换机与计算机由数据线连接;其特征在于:终端监控器(1)还包括智能高速球(15),所述智能高速球(15)与所述DSP微处理器(14)连接,所述计算机装有图像处理软件(23)。
