本实用新型涉及一种电力钢管杆。
背景技术
现有的电力钢管杆,如图1和图2所示,包括杆本体1、固定焊接在杆本体10上的脚钉20,每个脚钉20表面采用局部压痕处理工艺形成间隔较远的凹槽201,由此形成一定的粗糙度,这种结构的脚钉在天晴的时候可以保证一定的防滑性,但是,在雨天施工中,因脚底部分带有泥水,攀爬时很容易打滑,从而影响施工人员的安全。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是为了提供一种可有效防滑的电力钢管杆。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种防滑电力钢管杆,包括杆本体、沿杆本体高度方向间隔设置的用于攀爬的脚钉,所述的脚钉表面密布有凸起,且所述的凸起高度相一致。
所述的脚钉横截面为圆形,且所述的凸起外端均处在同一圆周上。
所述脚钉表面采用滚花处理形成所述的凸起。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点:由于将脚钉的表面压制成密布有凸起的表面,大大增加了脚钉的表面粗糙度,提高了脚钉的防滑性能,从而保证了任何天气情况下施工人员的安全。

下面结合附图、举例详细说明本实用新型的具体内容:
如图1所示的电力钢管杆,其主要包括杆本体1、间隔设置在杆本体1上的脚钉2,其中,如图3至图5所示,脚钉2的表面密布有凸起21,凸起21的高度相一致。所述的凸起21采用滚花技术处理而成。
在实施例中,脚钉2的横截面为圆形,所有凸起21的外端也处于同一圆周上,从而使得脚钉的表面粗糙度大大增加,提高了防滑性能,保证了施工的安全性。
