背景技术 众所周知，笔是人们学习工作中最重要的文字记录、绘图工具。但是，曾有和现有笔的结构过于单调，大多采用管状或棱柱体笔杆结构，在桌面、台面放置时，笔杆很容易发生滚动，常会从桌面滚落至地面，造成笔杆、笔头损坏，给人们带来不便。
发明内容 本实用新型的目的是提供一种即可正常书写又能避免笔杆滚动的防滚落笔。
本实用新型主要包括笔头、笔杆以及笔帽，在笔杆表面开设插槽，在插槽内插入挡板，所述挡板插入段两端设有外扩挡杆；笔杆顶端为扁平状挡片，宽度大于笔杆截面宽度。
使用时，使用者手握笔杆利用笔头进行书写，笔帽盖在笔头位置。在桌面放置笔杆时，使用者从插槽中抽出挡板，扩大笔杆的宽度，避免笔杆在桌面上滚动，而挡板插入段两侧的挡杆，可挡在插槽开口内部两侧，避免挡板从插槽中掉出。另外，笔杆顶端的扁平状挡片也可扩大笔杆宽度，避免笔杆滚动，进一步进行限制。
与已有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果为：结构合理、方便实用、工艺精巧，可避免笔杆转动，降低笔杆从桌面掉落的危险。
