本实用新型的目的是提供一种使用方便的保温电蒸锅。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：
一种保温电蒸锅，包括外壳，外壳内设有内胆，内胆上盖有上盖，上盖上带有盖柄，其特征是：所述内胆为双层中空结构，内胆中间带有内胆真空层；所述上盖为双层中空结构，上盖中间带有盖体真空层。
由于本实用新型中的内胆和上盖都是中空的双层结构，因此具有保温功能，饭放在其中不会很快就变凉，使用方便。
