一种可呼吸的鞋，包括鞋体，鞋体下面连接有鞋底，其特征是：鞋底后部包括有内层鞋底和外层鞋底，内层鞋底与外层鞋底之间形成压缩仓，鞋底前部连接有导气管，导气管与压缩仓相通，压缩仓后端开有呼吸口，内层鞋底上开有通气孔，通气孔上面与鞋体相通，通气孔下面与压缩仓相通，内层鞋底与外层鞋底之间连接有弹簧，压缩仓的侧壁上连接有吸气单向阀和排气单向阀。
本实用新型能将人在运动时鞋内产生的异味随时排出，时刻保持鞋内干爽，不容易生脚气，穿在脚上很舒服。
