技术领域
本实用新型涉及用于燃料电池的电极板,特别涉及一种用于燃料电池的超薄型石墨极板。
背景技术
燃料电池是一种将燃料与氧化剂中的化学能通过电极上的电催化反应直接转化为电能的发电装置。燃料电池的电极板是燃料电池关键部件之一,一般它是由极板和流场组成的。理想极板应具备电、热的良导体,良好的机械性能,很好的阻气性能,较低密度,耐腐蚀性好等特点。在常见的PEMFC中,流场与极板可以是一体的,也可以是分体的。目前极板的研究和应用主要集中在金属材料板、模压材料板和石墨材料板,这三种极板各有优势:(1)金属材料极板强度好,导电好,不透性好,弱点是耐腐蚀性差。(2)模压材料板,先期一次性投入大,在导电性与强度之间需要取舍。(3)石墨极板,具有良好的导电性和耐腐蚀性,弱点是强度低,有气孔,因此需要提高石墨材料的强度,填补石墨材料固有的不规则气孔,从而达到燃料电池堆的使用要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种强度高、空气渗漏系数低的用于燃料电池的超薄型石墨电极板,以解决现有石墨极板所存在的诸多问题。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
用于燃料电池的超薄型石墨电极板,包括板体,在所述的板体上开设有贯通板体的安装孔和通流孔,在所述的板体至少一面上开设有流道槽,所述板体的厚度为0.7-1.2mm,所述的流道槽的槽底厚度为0.4-0.3mm;所述板体的密度>1.90g/cm3
由于采用了如上的技术方案,本实用新型的电阻率<12μΩm,在1gk负压下不透气,抗压强度>100Mpa,抗弯强度>50Mpa,肖氏硬度60SSH。

参见图1和图2,用于燃料电池的超薄型石墨电极板为单面极板,包括石墨板体100,在石墨板体100上开设有贯通石墨板体的安装孔110和通流孔120,在石墨板体100一面上开设有流道槽130,石墨板体100的厚度A最小为0.7mm,流道槽130的槽底厚度B最小为0.3mm;石墨板体100的密度>1.90g/cm3
实施例2:
参见图3,用于燃料电池的超薄型石墨电极板为双面极板,在石墨板体100两面上开设有流道槽130,石墨板体100的厚度A最小为1.20mm,流道槽130的槽底厚度B最小为0.3mm;石墨板体100的密度>1.90g/cm3。其余同实施例1。
