本实用新型涉及一种新型的70W氙气灯灯泡泡壳,其特征在于泡壳是花生壳形状,能提高灯泡使用寿命。
背景技术
目前,传统HED灯泡泡壳呈橄榄形,整体形状较规则。当灯点亮以后,泡壳内部温度升至1000℃左右,直接导致泡壳内部压力增大,甚至可以达到100多个大气压。由于泡壳呈弧形的壁面,造成应力集中于弧形壁面中点,从而容易产生炸泡现象,严重影响灯泡的使用寿命。
发明内容
为了克服70W氙气灯泡泡壳内壁应力过于集中,造成炸泡影响灯泡使用寿命的不足,本实用新型提供一种外形类是花生壳形的泡壳,该泡壳能将内部应力等份分解,从而做到有效提高灯的使用寿命。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:将传统的弧形泡壳更改成花生壳形泡壳,泡壳两头大中间小,形成一个中间过渡区,泡壳最大直径是Φ6.0mm,长度为7.9mm,泡壳壁厚1.0mm,电极之间的距离是5.0±0.1mm。由于泡壳中心下凹,对泡壳内壁而言,强大的气体压力呈一种分解受力特点,如同受力点F被分解为F1与F2,大大缓解了传统橄榄形泡壳受力点过于集中,造成的炸泡现象,极大地延长了灯泡的使用寿命。
本实用新型的有益效果是,可有效提高HED灯泡的使用寿命,且泡壳结构简单易成形。

在图1实施例中,泡壳中的主要应力点(F)被分解为受力点(F1)与(F2)。
在图2实施例中,密封在玻管(5)中的钼杆(1)与钼薄(2)点焊,钼薄(2)与电极(3)点焊,电极(3)与对称电极端点间距为5.0±0.1mm。泡壳(4)最大外径是Φ6.0mm,最大长度为7.9mm,泡壳壁厚1.0mm。
