现有风力发电机中采用了碳刷和滑环装置,向转子绕组中输入或输出电流。在运行过程中,碳刷和滑环一直处于磨损状态,必须定期维修和更换,这就增加了风机的维护成本。碳刷磨损后产生的碳粉,不仅对机舱环境造成污染,而且增加了滑环装置的故障率。

本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种无刷电励磁同步风力发电机组,包括叶轮1、轮毂、主轴和齿轮箱2;所述无刷电励磁同步发电机3的一端通过联轴器与齿轮箱2高速轴连接,另一端安装有励磁单元8和全功率变流器4;所述全功率变流器4通过主断路器5和熔断器6与变压器7连接。
