本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种多个文件夹叠放在一起时，能使资料夹摆放整齐，上层文件夹不会向下滑落的统计资料文件夹。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：该统计资料文件夹由盖板、底板、连接板、弹性夹组成，盖板和底板分别铰接在连接板两端，在靠近连接板附近的底板上设有弹性夹，与弹性夹相对的底板另一端上面均匀地设有三个高度与连接板宽度相同的圆柱形凸起。
