本实用新型属于建筑型材领域,具体涉及一种特种折线形腹板H型钢。
背景技术
H型钢结构型材被广泛应用于建筑、桥梁、展览馆、吊车轧轨道等方面,目前普遍采用的是热轧工字钢、热轧H型钢和焊接H型钢。传统的工字钢和H型钢用钢量比较大,主要原因在于腹板抗屈曲能力较低,所以需要提高腹板厚度,而焊接H型钢由于腹板的高厚比受到限制,其腹板厚度一般也比较厚,造成用钢量过大;此外,焊接H型钢在使用时,还需要采取特殊的技术措施,比如加劲肋或者是利用腹板屈曲后强度等,设计和施工都较为复杂。

本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种特种折线形腹板H型钢来解决上述的技术问题,本实用新型提供的特种折线形腹板H型钢包括上翼缘、腹板和下翼缘,上翼缘、腹板和下翼缘为钢材材质。
本实用新型是采用以下技术手段实现的:提供了一种钢梁腹板沿其长度方向加工成周期性折线波形的新型钢梁,同时为了不使腹板拐角处由于过度不平缓而产生焊接缺陷和应力集中,将腹板折线的拐角设计为圆弧状,翼缘板和腹板之间采用焊接连接。本产品可以取代工字钢和H型钢,而且比工字钢和H型钢用途更加广泛,可实现大型化用于特殊领域和特殊地点,包括大跨度桥梁的建造和船舶制造等。
本实用新型具有以下的有益效果:相比工字钢和传统的H型钢更加牢固、节省钢材、用途也更加广泛。

参照图1和图2,波纹腹板H型钢的断面口型由腹板中部腹板2和上下翼缘连体构成,上翼缘1与下翼缘3平行,腹板2为带圆弧角波形折线波形腹板,翼缘与腹板2之间采用焊接连接。

1.一种特种折线形腹板H型钢包括上翼缘、腹板和下翼缘,其特征在于:腹板垂直位于上翼缘与下翼缘之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的特种折线形腹板H型钢,其特征在于:上翼缘与下翼缘平行。
3.如权利要求1所述的特种折线形腹板H型钢,其特征在于:腹板与上下翼缘采用焊接连接。
4.如权利要求1或3所述的特种折线形腹板H型钢,其特征在于:腹板为在长度方向呈周期性重复的折线波形腹板。
5.如权利要求1或3所述的特种折线形腹板H型钢,其特征在于:在腹板折线的拐角处均设计为圆弧状。
