本实用新型公开了一种滚动导卫的导辊,导辊的两端分别开有轴承安装孔,所述的轴承安装孔内侧开有阶梯孔,阶梯孔的内侧为圆锥形导向孔,两个圆锥形导向孔之间开通有用于穿过导辊轴的通孔,轴承安装孔的外边缘以及导辊的外边缘上皆开有外圆倒角。本实用新型在导辊中增加了圆锥孔,导辊的轴承孔外端面设外圆倒角,改善热处理性能,提高其使用寿命。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及轧钢滚动导卫装置,具体是一种滚动导卫的导辊。
背景技术
目前在型钢轧制生产线的滚动导卫的导辊内部无内锥形面,轴承安装孔端面倒角为倾斜直线倒角。滚动导卫的导辊使用于高温、高速、导辊周向高频率冲撞等恶劣环境中,这就需要导辊有较高的硬度,良好的热处理性能,便于轴承更换的内部设计。目前的导辊设计形状不能满足以上使用性能的要求。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有技术中的缺陷,本实用新型提供了一种滚动导卫的导辊,在导辊中增加了圆锥导向孔,便于导辊轴的安装;且导辊的轴承孔外端面设外圆倒角,改善热处理性能,提高其使用寿命。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
滚动导卫的导辊,导辊的两端分别开有轴承安装孔,其特征在于:所述的轴承安装孔内侧开有阶梯孔,阶梯孔的内侧为圆锥形导向孔,两个圆锥形导向孔之间开通有用于穿过导辊轴的通孔。
所述的轴承安装孔的外边缘以及导辊的外边缘上皆开有外圆倒角。
本实用新型的导辊轴向截面均匀度得到极大改善,导辊重量减轻,减少轧件冲击惯量;极大提高导辊的热处理性能,减少应力集中。采用导辊轴承孔外边缘上带有外圆倒角避免了热处理因导辊轴承孔端面斜线倒角而开裂的现象;导辊内部设有圆锥孔便于轴承的拆卸,且增大了导辊内腔的冷却空间,提高导辊的使用寿命。

参见图1,滚动导卫的导辊,导辊的两端分别开有轴承安装孔2,轴承安装孔2的内部设有台阶面3,轴承安装孔2内侧开有阶梯孔4,阶梯孔4的内侧为圆锥形导向孔5,两个圆锥形导向孔之间开通有用于穿过导辊轴的通孔1,轴承安装孔2的外边缘以及导辊的外边缘上皆开有外圆倒角6。

1.滚动导卫的导辊,导辊的两端分别开有轴承安装孔,其特征在于:所述的轴承安装孔内侧开有阶梯孔,阶梯孔的内侧为圆锥形导向孔,两个圆锥形导向孔之间开通有用于穿过导辊轴的通孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滚动导卫的导辊,其特征在于:所述的轴承安装孔的外边缘以及导辊的外边缘上皆开有外圆倒角。
