使用时，将衣架挂在晾衣杆或晾衣绳上，把柔性链2缠绕在晾衣杆或晾衣绳上，用固定夹3将衣架本体1的挂钩夹住，这样衣架在晾衣杆或晾衣绳上的相对位置就固定住了。也防止了被风吹落。
