本实用新型涉及一种新型电热垫，由控制器、与控制器相连接的发热线和包覆在发热线外的电热垫本体构成，所述的电热垫本体具有上、中、下三层面料，且在上面料与中面料之间以及中面料与下面料之间均设有用于布设发热线的行道，在中面料的一行道上设有一供发热线穿过的小孔，所述的发热线的一端与控制器的输出线的一端相连接，另一端沿下面料与中面料之间的行道上逐行穿行后从中面料上的小孔穿过，再沿中面料与上面料之间的行道上逐行穿完后与控制器的输出线的另一端相连接。本实用新型不仅增加了电热垫的发热面积，使用温度在较短的时间内就能达到用户要求的使用温度，而且三层面料储存热量，使电热垫的保温时间更长。

背景技术：
目前广泛使用的电热垫大多数都是在两层面料之间排列一层发热线，这类电热垫在工作时由于只有一层发热线加热，导致电热垫的升温速度很慢，在短时间内很难达到要求的温度；同时由于面料只有两层，导致电热垫本身的储热性能不高。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是克服上述电热垫的缺点，提供一种新型电热垫。
本实用新型由控制器、与控制器相连接的发热线和包覆在发热线外的电热垫本体构成，所述的电热垫本体具有上、中、下三层面料，三层面料重叠绗缝在一起，在所述的上面料与中面料之间以及中面料与下面料之间均设有用于布设发热线的行道，在中面料的一行道上设有一供发热线穿过的小孔，所述的发热线的一端与控制器的输出线的一端相连接，另一端沿下面料与中面料之间的行道上逐行穿行后从中面料上的小孔穿过，再沿中面料与上面料之间的行道上逐行穿完后与控制器的输出线的另一端相连接。
本实用新型由于采用三层面料二层发热线，工作时二层发热线同时加热，增加了电热垫的发热面积，使用温度在较短的时间内就能达到用户要求的使用温度，另外由于有三层面料储存热量，不仅使电热垫的保温时间更长，而且让用户在使用过程中感觉更加舒适。

具体实施方式：
参见图1、图2，本实用新型由控制器1、与控制器1相连接的发热线4和包覆在发热线4外的电热垫本体构成，电热垫本体包括上面料2、中面料5和下面料6。上面料2、中面料5和下面料6重叠绗缝在一起，上面料2与中面料5之间以及中面料5与下面料6之间均设有用于布设发热线的行道8，在中面料5的一行道上设有一供发热线4穿过的小孔7。发热线4的一端与控制器1的输出线的一端相连接，另一端沿下面料6与中面料5之间的行道8上逐行穿行后从中面料5上的小孔7穿过，再沿中面料5与上面料2之间的行道8上逐行穿完后与控制器1的输出线的另一端相连接。接通电源，调节控制器1，电热垫开始工作，上面料2与中面料5之间以及中面料5与下面料6之间的发热线4同时加热，电热垫的温度在较短的时间内就能达到用户要求的使用温度，同时由于上面料2、中面料5和下面料6一起储存热量，不仅使电热垫的保温时间更长，而且让用户在使用过程中感觉更加舒适。

1.一种新型电热垫，由控制器、与控制器相连接的发热线和包覆在发热线外的电热垫本体构成，其特征在于所述的电热垫本体具有上、中、下三层面料，三层面料重叠绗缝在一起，在所述的上面料与中面料之间以及中面料与下面料之间均设有用于布设发热线的行道，在中面料的一行道上设有一供发热线穿过的小孔，所述的发热线的一端与控制器的输出线的一端相连接，另一端沿下面料与中面料之间的行道上逐行穿行后从中面料上的小孔穿过，再沿中面料与上面料之间的行道上逐行穿完后与控制器的输出线的另一端相连接。
