技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种将太阳能转化成电能的设备的配件，尤其是涉及一种设置于太阳能电池模板与用电设备之间，用于将电能导出的光伏接线盒。
背景技术
太阳能由于其无污染、取之不尽用之不竭而越来越受到人们的青睐。特别是光照充足的地区。通过以矩阵形式排列的太阳能电池模块接收阳光并将其转化成电能，由设置与每一块太阳能电池模块背板上的光伏接线盒将电能经电缆导出，导出的电能可直接应用于太阳能设备上，也可以利用光伏连接器将引出的电缆线串接起来。但是由于以往的二极管采用嵌入方式嵌入卡槽，因而容易松动从而影响效果。
实用新型内容
为克服现有技术的不足，特提供一种增大散热面积，二极管连接更牢固可靠的光伏接线盒。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型通过如下技术方案加以实现：
一种光伏接线盒，包括散热板4和二极管5，所述散热板4为一个复合层结构的板体，所述散热板4从下到上依次为铝基板1、绝缘板2和电极板3，各层采用复合方式合成一体，并由四个固定点6固定卡在壳体内；所述二极管5采用焊接方式装配在线路板上。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果为：二极管采用焊接结构结合，牢固可靠。

实施例1，结合附图1，一种光伏接线盒，包括散热板4和二极管5，所述散热板4为一个复合层结构的板体，所述散热板4从下到上依次为铝基板1、绝缘板2和电极板3，所述各层采用复合方式合成一体，并由四个固定点6固定卡在壳体内；所述二极管5采用焊接方式装配在线路板上。
所述二极管5管脚采用焊接方式装配，接触更加牢固可靠，从而使接触电阻降低，起到降低升温的目的。而且，采用散热板设计方式，增大散热面积，减少热损耗。
