本实用新型是一种用于沥青路面微波养护设备的高压变压器，包括变压器本体(3)，其特征在于所述变压器本体(3)外包裹有BMC材料制成的壳体(1)。本实用新型由于采用变压器本体外包裹有BMC材料制成的壳体，因此，本实用新型高压变压器的IP防护等级高，防尘防水性能好，能够确保变压器在高湿工作条件下，依然具有良好的电绝缘性能，另外，因BMC材料制成的壳体具有良好的导热性能，能将变压器铁芯和线圈产生的热量有效散发出来，使变压器散热性能好，大大延长高压变压器的使用寿命。

本实用新型专利涉及一种高压变压器，特别是一种用于沥青路面微波养护设备的高压变压器。
背景技术
现有用于沥青路面微波养护设备的高压变压器，IP防护等级低，防尘防水性能差，变压器受潮后绕组间电绝缘性能下降，变压器烧毁很严重，严重影响了微波路面养护车的正常工作。
实用新型内容
本实用新型专利的目的在于考虑上述问题而提供一种防护等级高，防尘防水性能好的用于沥青路面微波养护设备的高压变压器。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种用于沥青路面微波养护设备的高压变压器，包括变压器本体，其特征在于所述变压器本体外包裹有BMC材料制成的壳体。
上述变压器本体上装有高压引线及低压引线。
上述变压器本体安装在底板上。
本实用新型由于采用变压器本体外包裹有BMC材料制成的壳体，因此，本实用新型高压变压器的IP防护等级高，防尘防水性能好，能够确保变压器在高湿工作条件下，依然具有良好的电绝缘性能，另外，因BMC材料制成的壳体具有良好的导热性能，能将变压器铁芯和线圈产生的热量有效散发出来，使变压器散热性能好，大大延长高压变压器的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。
如图1、2、3所示，本实用新型用于沥青路面微波养护设备的高压变压器，包括变压器本体3，变压器本体3外包裹有BMC材料制成的壳体1，变压器本体3上装有高压引线2及低压引线4，低压引线4用于接220V的交流电源，高压引线2用于引出2300V高压。上述变压器本体3安装在底板6上。

1.一种用于沥青路面微波养护设备的高压变压器，包括变压器本体(3)，其特征在于所述变压器本体(3)外包裹有BMC材料制成的壳体(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于沥青路面微波养护设备的高压变压器，其特征在于上述变压器本体(3)上装有高压引线(2)及低压引线(4)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于沥青路面微波养护设备的高压变压器，其特征在于上述变压器本体(3)安装在底板(6)上。
