目前市面上的保险箱采用就是单层的铁板工艺与保险箱的门框焊接连接,这种焊接方式使得外壳与门框的连接不牢固,容易损坏,从而使得保险箱的使用寿命降低。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种保险箱外壳与门框焊接连接结构,这种焊接结构简单而更牢固。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种保险箱外壳与门框焊接连接结构,包括保险箱外壳、门框,门框通过焊接与外壳壳体的焊接边缘焊接固定在一起,其特征在于:保险箱外壳壳体边缘的前端部分通过咬合工艺形成自身加厚的折叠状焊接边缘。
优选,所述的焊接边缘是通过折叠形成成双层结构。
最后,所述的外壳壳体高出门板2-5mm。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:先外壳边缘采用咬合工艺,再与门框进行焊接连接,使得焊接更加牢固;由于采用了咬合工艺,使得焊接部位加厚,从而外壳的壳体高于门板,更加美观,并且也延长了使用寿命。

如图1、2、3所示:一种保险箱外壳与门框焊接连接结构,包括保险箱外壳1、门框2、门板3,保险箱外壳1的左、右、前、后边缘的前端部分通过咬合工艺形成自身加厚的折叠状焊接边缘4,焊接边缘4折叠成双层结构,外壳1的焊接边缘4再通过焊接方式与门框2焊接固定在一起,使得外壳1壳体高出门板32-5mm,这样既美观又坚固,也延长了使用寿命。
