技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种污水处理设备,尤其涉及一种材质轻、耐腐蚀的新型转盘曝气机。
背景技术
目前转盘曝气机卧轴带动转盘体旋转,推动水体流动向污水中充氧,使污水和氧充分混合接触,完成生化过程。转盘曝气机具有充氧量高,混合作用大,推流能力强的特点,转盘曝气机主要应用于氧化沟工艺,氧化沟工艺在城市污水和各种工业污水的处理中广泛应用,并取得良好的处理效果。
目前转盘曝气机的应用仍存在以下问题:
1、传统手糊、压制玻璃钢或一般工艺的注塑方式生产转盘产品重量较大、能耗较高。
2、一般为恒定转速,无法进行调节,必定使其耗电量增加。
发明内容
为解决上述中存在的问题与缺陷,本实用新型提供了一种材质轻、并节能的新型转盘曝气机,该曝气机能很大的降低能耗、节约运行的费用。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本实用新型所涉及的一种新型转盘曝气机,包括:
传动机构、挡水板、水平主轴及轴承座,所述曝气机还包括一联轴器和多个转盘,所述传动结构包括一电动机和一减速机,所述减速机通过所述联轴器连接于水平主轴;所述转盘均匀的设置在水平主轴上,并通过防滑装置与水平主轴紧密固定在一起。
所述转盘由两个半圆型铝合金盘片构成,其转盘表面呈放射状,并且在转盘表面上布置有梯形凸块、圆形凹块和通气孔。
所述挡水板设置在联轴器与主轴之间;所述轴承座设置在所述水平主轴的尾部。
所述电动机通过其设置的变频器与一溶氧仪联动,控制转盘的转速。
所述电动机和减速机分别为立式电动机和立式减速机。
本实用新型提供的技术方案的有益效果是:
材质轻,安装方式灵活,维修和更换方便。
耐腐蚀铝合金材料较传统玻璃钢或塑料材质价格较高,但可以大大降低运行费用,污水厂长期综合费用能明显降低。
轻质的新型材料能改善水平轴及轴承的受力情况,降低了水平轴的挠度,提高了轴承的使用寿命。
采用溶氧仪与电机联动模式,能够很好的对转盘转速进行控制。
一般污水厂水处理曝气耗电要占总用电的60-80%左右,采用溶氧仪与转盘曝气机的电机联动,降低了曝气机的能耗,污水厂的总电量可以大大的减少。

如图1所示,展示了本实用新型的结构,包括传动机构、挡水板3、水平主轴4、轴承座5,一联轴器6和多个转盘7,所述传动机构包括:电动机1和减速机2。其电动机和减速机采用立式电动机,减小了轴向安装长度,合理利用了空间,并便于使用工况下散热和通风。所述减速机通过联轴器连接于水平主轴,电机减速机驱动水平主轴转动,同时带动转盘转动,每个转盘由两个半圆盘片组成,均匀的安装在水平主轴上,水平主轴与转盘之间为了防滑,采用橡胶压条,使之紧密固定。转盘表面呈放射状布置有梯形凸块、圆形凹块和通气孔,通过转盘转动,向污水中充氧,同时推动污水在氧化沟中循环流动防止活性污泥沉淀,使污水和氧充分混合接触,随着溶氧量的增大,在线容氧仪采集数据,由传感器传至控制柜,通过设定的溶氧量上下限由控制柜通过变频器调节电机的转速,从而调节转盘转动速度,调节池内的溶解氧含量。
曝气机转盘采用耐腐蚀铝合金材料。

2.根据权利要求1所述的新型转盘曝气机,其特征在于,所述转盘由两个半圆型铝合金盘片构成,其转盘表面呈放射状,并且在转盘表面上布置有梯形凸块、圆形凹块和通气孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型转盘曝气机,其特征在于,所述挡水板设置在联轴器与主轴之间;所述轴承座设置在所述水平主轴的尾部。
