目前，市面上有很多水杯，但是往往不具备隔热功能，且容量也一般没有变化。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种既可以隔热容量又可以变化的新型杯子，为此，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
它包括内杯和外杯，所述外杯套在内杯外，所述外杯可以沿着内杯上下移动，所述内杯和外杯之间设有限位硅胶圈。
由于采用本实用新型的技术方案，本实用新型当外杯放下时，外杯能起到隔热的作用，当外杯向上移动时，又能增加容量，方便，利用率高，节约资源。

具体实施方式
参见附图1、2、3。本实用新型包括内杯1和外杯2，所述外杯2套在内杯1外，所述外杯2可以沿着内杯1上下移动，所述内杯1和外杯2之间设有限位硅胶圈4。图中还包括杯口3和杯底5。
本实用新型中，内杯采用玻璃成型技术，外杯采用耐高温、无毒易塑性的PP材料或具有无毒、耐高温的材料。杯子接合处采用硅胶圈，既可以限位，还具有良好的密封性。使用时可以通过外杯的上下移动，起到隔热和增加容量的作用。当外杯放下时，外杯能起到隔热的作用，当外杯向上移动时，又能增加容量。
