一种管网自动负压消除器,包括自动进排气过滤器、罐体、排水阀,自动进排气过滤器装在罐体的顶部,罐体的上部还设有压力仪表接口及预留接口,排水阀设在罐体的下部,检查口设置在罐体的侧面,进水口设在罐体的侧面或底面,进水管在罐体内的端口上装有止回阀,出水口开在罐体底端。本实用新型的管网自动负压消除器,在市政给水管网中具有负压消除功能,可配合加压泵等设备,进行无负压加压供水,不影响周边用户用水;具有稳流调节功能;具有倒流防止功能;具有排除管道积气功能,使得管道内流体输送更顺畅。

本实用新型涉及一种管网自动负压消除器。
背景技术
在当前的二次加压给水设备中,一般无负压供水设备中用来防止串接管网产生真空和压力失衡的装置主要有两种形式:一是机械式自动排气阀,二是负压消除器。由于无负压稳流调节器的进水口一般都设置在调节器的上部,其安装的高度要高于调节器,罐体内的气体一部分通过调节器上的负压消除器排出,由于进水管道的位置要高于调节器,一部分气体则有可能滞留在相对调节器位置较高的进水管道中,形成积气,产生气阻现象,影响水体的正常输送;另外,若设备前管道检修或出现破损及市政给水管网停水时,由于整个市政给水管网的管道布置地势有高有低,从管道破损处到设备间的管段就会出现水体倒流现象,需要在进水管段上安装比较笨重及水头损失比较大的倒流防止器。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种具有稳流调节、负压消除,防止水体倒流及排出管道积气功能的管网自动负压消除器。
本实用新型的管网自动负压消除器,包括自动进排气过滤器、罐体、排水阀,自动进排气过滤器装在罐体的顶部,罐体的上部设有压力仪表接口及预留接口,排水阀设在罐体的下部,检查口设置在罐体的侧面,其特点是:进水口设在罐体的侧面或底面,进水管在罐体内的端口上装有止回阀,出水口开在罐体底端。
本实用新型的管网自动负压消除器,具有以下特点:
1、在市政给水管网中具有负压消除功能,可配合加压泵等设备,进行无负压加压供水,不影响周边用户用水;2、具有稳流调节功能;3、具有倒流防止功能;4、具有排除管道积气功能,使得管道内流体输送更顺畅。

一种管网自动负压消除器,包括自动进排气过滤器2、罐体5、排水阀9,自动进排气过滤器2装在罐体5的顶部,罐体5的上部设有压力仪表接口3及预留接口4,排水阀9设在罐体5的下部,检查口1设置在罐体5的侧面,进水口7设在罐体5的侧面或底面,进水管10在罐体5内的端口上装有止回阀6,出水口8开在罐体5底端。
