采用上述结构后，使用时，人们可利用弧度板两端的弹性带，将弧度板置于膝关节处，弧度板内部的加热装置，既能起到保暖的作用，又能起到缓解疼痛的作用；人们还可将药袋内装上缓解疼痛的中药，以起到缓解疼痛的作用。
