背景技术:
目前社会上设计生产的闸阀其连接形式都是焊接连接,其缺点是长期使用后不便于拆卸、维修与更换,一次性使用浪费性大,不适应低温管道装置。
发明内容:
本实用新型为解决普通阀门不能适应低温装置,长期使用不便于拆卸和维修的问题,发明一种带有螺纹连接的低温闸阀。
本实用新型的技术方案是,一种低温闸阀,包括阀体、阀盖、闸板、阀杆,其特殊之处是,阀体与管道联结口处采用螺纹结构。
在阀体左右两侧装有两个阀座,阀座中装有楔式闸板,阀体与阀盖螺栓联结,阀盖中部装有阀杆,阀杆下端与闸板联结。
维修时,通过螺纹旋转,将阀门取出。阀体可采用低温材料制造。
本实用新型的技术效果是,采用上述的技术方案,可以实现一种便于拆卸维修与更换的低温液体的流量控制闸阀。

如图中所示,阀体1与管道联结口处采用螺纹4结构。
在阀体1左右两侧装有两个阀座2,阀座2中装有楔式闸板3,阀体1与阀盖5螺栓联结,阀盖5中部装有阀杆,阀杆下端与闸板3联结。
维修时,通过螺纹4旋转,将阀门取出。阀体1可采用低温材料制造。
