本发明的主要目的在于克服以上不足而提供一种简单的医嘱提示卡片，这种提示卡片具有醒目的提示功能，并能方便的粘贴于现有的病历夹封面。本发明的技术方案为：它主要是由卡体1、滑道2和指示片3组成。卡体1上表面以中间为界分隔为红色区域4、绿色区域5，卡体1两侧各有一滑道2，指示片3卡在滑道2上并能沿其滑动。卡体1底面粘有不干胶，可牢固地粘于病历夹封面上。其优点是：该卡片与病历组合成一体，不易遗漏；无需更换现有的病历夹，节约成本；结构简单、操作方便，提高工作效率。

具体实施方式：
使用时，将卡体1通过底部的不干胶固定于病历夹封面上，没有新的医嘱时，指示片3保持在绿色区域5内，当医生在下完医嘱后，将指示片3滑到红色区域4内，护士即得知指示片3在红色区域4内的病历有新下医嘱。
